Chy Lowena

Pendra Loweth, Cornish for 'Valley of Gardens', is a 16 acre site of quiet wooded valley which hosts a development of modern, privately owned holiday homes. Found on the outskirts of Falmouth, a bustling maritime town with a range of eateries and shops, all within just a few minutes drive. Two sandy beaches are also just over a mile away. Both beaches at Maenporth and Swanpool are great for watersports, have popular cafés and car parks if needed.

Being end-terrace and all on one level makes Chy Lowena quite unique, it's one of only three bungalows at Pendra Loweth and it's set close to the stream that runs through the grounds. An allocated parking space is just a 30 metre level walk, most of the site is also fairly level with paths running through the garden areas. There's a seasonal restaurant and bar on-site, plus a range of facilities within a minute's walk, including an indoor heated ‘splash’ pool, hot tub, steam room, modern fully-equipped gym, pool table, solarium, children's play area and a laundrette.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen room has plenty of space to prepare meals or relax and unwind after a day by the sea, with the doors opening out onto the spacious patio with lawn beyond. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer in addition to the under-counter fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. The lounge space has a sofa and two easy chairs, TV with Freeview and garden views.

The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside table, bedside lamps, chest of drawers and a wardrobe, view of the garden. Second bedroom has twin 3' single beds, a bedside table with lamp and large built-in wardrobe. Family bathroom with shower over bath, a toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Outdoors is a private patio area with a picnic table next to a large lawn, the lawn is part of the communal gardens. At either end of the patio is trellis screening and some shrubbery which provides some privacy. Please note, the patio area is not enclosed so dogs must be exercised on leads.

Heating is by modern storage radiators and electric panel heaters in the bedrooms. Rental includes WiFi, electricity, bedlinen, towels and all facilities apart from the solarium. Also on site are two tennis courts. One allocated parking space is within 30 metres of the front door with further visitor parking available nearby. The site offers electric vehicle chargers, these are first come first served and on a pay-as-you-go basis - please enquire at the site reception area for further information.
