Parn Voose is a 5 star holiday apartment set between Lizard Village and Church Cove on the beautiful Lizard Peninsula, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A 400m level walk takes you back into the village to the choice of pubs and restaurants, or for the more energetic, there are miles and miles of coastal walking available on the South West Coastal Path which you can join just down the road.
The Lizard is an excellent area to explore either on foot or by car. The historic fishing village of Cadgwith Cove is just down the road and even closer is the spectacular beach at Kynance Cove - surely one of the most beautiful beaches in the UK. Other family friendly beaches are available locally at Kennack Sands and Poldhu Cove, both with excellent parking, lifeguards during the summer, cafes and toilets. Mullion with its beautiful National Trust harbour and even a chocolate factory is 10 minutes away, while the market town of Helston with its busy high street, farmers' market and major retailers is just a little further.
The world famous Eden Project is just over an hour in the car, while the far west towns and villages of Penzance, Mousehole, Land's End and St Ives are all easily reachable.
Parn Voose is a first floor apartment, one of only four in a large converted house that has been finished with a 'no expense spared' attitude. High ceilings with subtle uplighting, two large en suite bedrooms, a large lounge diner (with access to your own private balcony) and a feature kitchen make this a very comfortable location from where you can enjoy all of the local amenities.
Entered into the very spacious communal entrance hall with stairs off to the first floor and your own private entrance. An internal entrance hallway leads to all rooms. Bedroom one is a very large double en suite room with sea views. There's a 6' super king-size bed, three seater sofa, 40'' wall mounted LCD smart TV, bedside tables and built-in wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has matching suite with powerful mixer shower over the bath, modern LED lighting and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom two is another large en suite double. The 6' super king-size bed can be separated to provide two x 3' twin beds, there are bedside tables, built-in wardrobes and a 32'' wall mounted LCD smart TV. The en suite shower room has a powerful mixer shower with matching suite, modern LED lighting and a heated towel rail.
The lounge diner has comfortable leather sofas, oak furniture, wall mounted LCD smart TV with sound system and BluRay player. Dining area with oak table and six chairs. There is also access to a spacious private balcony with sea views and outdoor seating provided.
The modern feature kitchen has all integrated appliances including washer dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double oven and induction hob with extractor over. Soft close doors and subtle green LED lighting help give this very well- equipped kitchen the wow factor!
Outside there is off-road parking for two vehicles. Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, central heating, towels and superfast wifi broadband. Regret no smoking and no pets. An extra child up to 12 years old can be accommodated on the sofa-bed in the master bedroom by prior arrangement. Only one other apartment is occupied presently on the ground floor.
