Sunrise

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Sunrise is in a peaceful tucked away position but within easy walking distance of the village centre and all its amenities. After a morning at the nearby beaches you can retreat to the private garden to soak up the sun, before walking to one of the popular pubs for an evening meal. Sleeping up to four, this bungalow offers a comfortable stay for couples and small families, with plenty of room both indoors and out in the enclosed gardens - a dog is welcome too.

Entered from the driveway, where there's space for two cars in-line, into the hallway with all rooms off.  The well-equipped kitchen has a range of appliances including an electric oven and 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and 4-slice toaster.

The living room features a smart TV, a four seat sofa and single chair, there's also a dining table with four chairs. A sliding glass door opens to the large enclosed rear garden, it's mostly gravelled with a small lawn area and outdoor furniture is provided, with a wooden picnic table for dining outside.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps and a double wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds, with a lamp-stand between them, and a double wardrobe. In-between the two bedrooms is a snug with two comfy chairs and a second smart TV.

The shower room has a large shower enclosure, handbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.

At the front of the bungalow is an enclosed lawn and at the end of the drive is a large outbuilding provided for guest use, this houses the tumble dryer and a supply of doggy towels, it's also a great space for any sports equipment such as bikes, surf gear or fishing rods.

The bungalow is centrally heated, WiFi is provided and there are USB ports in the living area and bedrooms. Rental also includes bedlinen and towels.
