‘Lower Redenek’ is a detached four bedroom - four bathroom (three en suite) dormer bungalow with a very large enclosed garden in an excellent location just 100 metres from Mullion village centre. A short car journey (10 mins) will take you almost anywhere on the Lizard Peninsula including the beautiful Kynance Cove, the furthest southerly point at Lizard and the very picturesque working fishing cove at Cadgwith.
With its huge lawn area, ample parking and proximity to beaches, harbour, shops and pubs, Lower Redenek makes an ideal family holiday location. The property boasts a selection of board games, puzzles and children's toys throughout. Further garden toys and beach toys for your use are located in the outside storage area.
The main living area and two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor which has wooden flooring throughout. Lounge/Dining room has comfy seating for eight people, 40" Sony Smart TV, DVD, and an open fire. A large dining table and chairs for eight people provides a formal dining space.
Bedroom one is a double en suite room with a 5' king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe, extra drawers and chair. The modern en suite shower room has a shower cubicle with electric shower, heated towel rail, toilet and matching handbasin with a mirrored cabinet over.
There's also a newly fitted family bathroom with a P shaped bath and electric shower over, heated towel rail, toilet and matching handbasin with cabinet underneath. Shaver point and mirror over handbasin.
Bedroom two has a double 4'6'' bed, bedside tables and lamps, chair, double wardrobe and drawers. The large fitted kitchen has a breakfast table to seat eight and a 28" TV with built in freeview, electric cooker with double oven, grill and 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and fridge/freezer. The utility room houses the boiler, an extra under counter fridge, washing machine and a Belfast sink. There's plenty of space for muddy boots and coats by the door to the back garden.
Upstairs is carpeted throughout (except en suites) with two large sized bedrooms with far-reaching rural views. Because of the apex of the roof, headroom in parts of these rooms is slightly restricted, particularly the bathrooms.
Outside is an extensive garden laid mostly to lawn, which can be enclosed by shutting the gate across the driveway. Plenty of garden furniture, a BBQ and garden games are available. A flexible hose, is now available outside to wash off sandy wet suits and muddy bikes. There is ample parking for four cars.
