Not available from 2018. There is another holiday cottage within the grounds - (See 'Woodley's Cottage', number 455), and currently having work carried out on a property along the lane from Seven Pines is Marconi's Reach 569 which will be completed to a very similar standard by April 2018.

Seven Pines has undergone a complete restoration, transforming the property into a two bedroom luxurious holiday retreat in an enviable location. Sea views down the coast to Mullion Island from all front facing windows and a spacious sun room with double doors that open onto the acre of lawned garden are just a couple of the attributes that make Seven Pines the perfect destination and is just 400 metres down an unmade lane which is a no-through-way.

From the parking area you can enter through the side door to a porch area with hanging space for coats and boots. From here a door leads through to the large, extremely well- equipped kitchen and dining area. With granite surfaces, large USA style fridge freezer, double range cooker with six hobs, two ovens and a grill, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, washing machine and tumble dryer. A large granite topped table with four chairs provides the dining space.

The bathroom is even more impressive with a real 'wow factor'. His and Hers matching sinks set into a granite surface, double size walk-in shower cubicle with powerful mixer shower over and a freestanding double-ended bath in the centre of this large room.

The lounge has comfortable seating for four with extra seating in the bay window looking over the garden to the sea, there is a coffee table and large LCD 'Smart' TV with DVD player.

Bedroom one is a large double room with super-king 6' double bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, built-in wardrobes, LCD TV, chest and two chairs in the window with a small table.

Bedroom two is a spacious twin room with two x 3' single beds that can be linked together to make another 6' double if required (please advise at time of booking) bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, LCD TV, chest and dressing table.

The sun room has a raised table and four chairs as well as an extra two whicker chairs with a coffee table. Double doors open onto the driveway and lawn which extends to approximately one acre and in which several of the original 'Seven Pines' still grow. A private patio area with pergola, table and chairs and sun loungers is set into the lawn for your own use.

Heating is by electric underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom and by modern wall-mounted electric radiators throughout the rest of the house.  Rental includes electricity, bedlinen, towels and WiFi. Regret no pets and no smoking.

There is another holiday cottage within the grounds - (See 'Woodley's Cottage', number 455) and the owner sometimes uses the opposite end of the house during the week.
