Crab Pot Cottage is a two bedroom, semi detached cottage, just 300 metres from the harbour at Porthleven. A wonderful location for a holiday, close to the beach, harbour and amenities yet tucked away from the traffic and bustle of the town.

Just a very short walk from the shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants that Porthleven is well known for. The food scene caters to all tastes and budgets, be it award winning contemporary menus at The Square or more traditional fares such as fish and chips or Cornish pasties; a holiday here is sure to tempt you out each evening. There's a convenience store and a pharmacy and the historic market town of Helston is a 10 minute drive or bus ride away with a selection of supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and a cinema. Porthleven is an ideal location from which to visit The Lizard, Penzance, St. Ives and Land's End.
The ground floor is an open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen with wooden floors and a wood burner giving warmth to the cosy living area with a two seat sofa and two chairs, Freeview TV and DVD player. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and a kettle and toaster. The dining table, for up to four people, sits in front of a sun-catching window.
Upstairs, bedroom one has a 4’6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has 3’ twin beds, bedside tables and lamps and also has a built-in wardrobe. The shower room has a large shower cubicle, toilet and matching sink with mirror over and a heated towel rail.
To the side of the property there is a lovely garden with table and chairs for dining alfresco on a summer’s eve or enjoying a barbeque, a rare find for cottages in Porthleven. Access to the property is about 15m from the road up a shared pathway.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels and electricity. Parking is usually available on the road near the cottage. Heating is by night storage heaters throughout with one in each bedroom. Non-smoking and pets not accepted.
