Glen View, Bodmin Moor

Glen View at St Breward, on the fringe of Bodmin Moor is a large first floor, three bedroom apartment with far-reaching rural views towards the North coast, just five miles as the crow flies. On a clear day you can even see the sea twinkling in the distance! Comfortable and with a pull-out bed for a sixth guest, Glen View is just a few minutes drive from either the A39 or the A30 - ideal for exploring all of Cornwall.

From the off-road allocated parking space Glen View is entered via the porch and a flight of stairs to the first floor landing. From here all rooms are off and there is a stair guard for youngsters during the night.

The lounge is bright and comfortable with seating for six, large TV with VHS, DVD and freeview, open fire and a small table and chairs in the window from which to enjoy the far-reaching views.

The breakfast kitchen has a circular table that seats 5/6, electric double oven with 4-ring hob, washing machine, fridge with ice box and a microwave.

Family bathroom with bath, electric shower over, matching toilet and handbasin with mirror over, shaver socket and heated towel rail.  There is also a separate toilet with handbasin.

Bedroom one is a large double room with 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built- in wardrobe, ornamental fireplace, dressing table with chair and mirror and the lovely views from the window.

Bedroom two is a large room with full size 3' bunk beds. There is a 'trundle bed' under the lower bunk that can be pulled out for a sixth guest, please advise if this is required. A chest of drawers, double wardrobe and vanity unit with handbasin complete the room.

Bedroom three is a small single room that enjoys the rural views, with 3' single bed, a chest of drawers and some hooks provide clothes hanging space.

Outside there is a shared courtyard with clothes dryers for your use and an allocated parking space. Extra parking is available on the road. St Breward has a popular foody pub, The Old Inn, a post office and general store.

At the bottom of the road you can join the Camel Trail, a disused and resurfaced railway line that provides a recreational route for walkers, cyclists and horse riders.

Rental includes bedlinen and electricity. Regret no pets and no smoking.
