Returned for the third time and love it more each year. It is well equipped large property which housing my family with ease.
The location is quiet and idyllic and an excellent base from which to explore the peninsular.
Our favourite beaches were visited frequently; Poldhu, Kynance and Church Cove.
We cannot wait to return next year!

Simply outstanding. Everything you could wish for in a perfect location. Its not very often you get comfortable beds in a holyday home but these are very good. Lots of places to eat in the village. We will be back.

Beautiful homely stay, so comfortable and clean. Great bed, so comfy but unfortunately too many things to do, to lie in. Shower is lovely too, nice big bathroom. Dishwasher such a bonus - no washing up on holiday. Thank you Marilyn and Steve for being so welcoming and for the flowers, milk and biscuits. Recommended places Gunwalloe, Falmouth, Newquay - beaches great for dogs. Lizard Point and coast paths, Marazion and Long Rock - dog friendly all year.

We enjoyed our stay at Barnside, the view from the lounge is stunning. It was very peaceful and quiet. Lots of lovely walks and not far from the village for food and groceries.
I would agree with previous reviews that Barnside would benift from a deep clean.

Little Roskymer was lovey in every way, very comfortable & clean, Sue had left us provisions & baked us some beautiful scones, we had a lovely welcome & met Sue Svend Elvis & Frank & all the dogs got on great. It was really convenient to get anywhere on the Lizard, we would definitely recommend this lovely cottage.

A well positioned, immaculately presented and very clean house, close to the main village and amenities. Stunning views from the house, the garden is well maintained and enclosed, so safe for dogs.
We enjoyed walking the coastal paths with our dog Monty - great views. A walk from the house to Halzephron pub for lunch at Gunwalloe is a fantastic way of seeing all the coves and beaches on the way.

Quiet relaxing location and great outdoor secure area in front of the property for dog owners.Coastal path can be reached from the property by means of walking.Remote if you do not own a vehicle.Would definitely holiday again at this property in the near future.

The cottage was immediately warm and welcoming with lovely touches like a cream tea, milk and fresh flowers. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable and the owners are all super friendly and kind. We fell in love with Sprite, the farm cat, and my son adored getting to watch the cows being milked and the tractors. It is definitely a place we want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended!

A lovely property, perfectly located with easy access to all areas of South=West Cornwall. The kitchen, particularly, is extremely well-equipped - better than most other self-catering properties. The large garden is a bonus on sunny days.

This apartment is a real gem! It was our 2nd stay at Lanherne & we will definitely stay again. Terry is an excellent host, there for you if you need anything but not intrusive in any way. He has a lady called Rachel who looks after the cleaning. She is incredible! The apartment is absolutely immaculate & full of everything you need for your stay too. No need to bring any cleaning materials or towels, plenty there. It's in a great location too, close to Helston but so quiet & peaceful. We had a great time.
