I had a lovely stay at the cottage and really enjoyed my time there. The location is great for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall, and the cottage itself is lovely.
One thing I would recommend to anyone considering booking is to take a look at the 3D virtual tour on the website, as I found that this gives a more realistic impression of the cottage’s immediate surroundings than the photos alone. The cottage is very close to the road on two sides, which I hadn’t realised before arriving. From the photos, I had expected it to feel more secluded and surrounded by nature, so I was a little disappointed by this.
Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and found it a really good base for exploring the surrounding area.

Cockleshell cottage is a lovely place to stay, village very nice and lovely coastal walks , Ann's pasties are delicious and big and kynance cove a very short distance away.

Super property in a great location with everything you could need or want! We stayed during our mini moon and had such a lovely and relaxing stay. Will definitely consider staying at the cottage again on our next visit!

We loved staying here, such a wonderful view from the house and patio and we enjoyed having private access down to the beach. Very helpful and (dog) friendly owners. The beach cafe is also a big bonus - good quality brunch and hot/cold drinks. Life guards are also a very welcome addition to the beach. Good coastal walks too.

Rest-a-shore is a wonderful, cosy holiday property. The views are second to none, and the cottage is comfortable and well-equipped. The owners live on site, and are helpful, discreet and friendly. The walk to the beach through the lush gardens is a treat, though it's a steep walk back up to the cottage. This was our third stay, and we enjoyed it as much as ever - despite the weather having finally turned!

We enjoyed our holiday in mullion and visited areas around Cornwall. We have stayed in mullion quite a few times as it's a lovely place to stay and enjoyed our time in the cottage.

Lovely property clean and tidy had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of places to eat near by if you don't want to cook yourself. Can recommend the Milk Barn for breakfast and The Old Inn just across the park. Would recommend a stay if you want a quiet relaxing stay in a beautiful village setting. Will be booking again.

The Chocolate Box was a very comfortable stay in lovely well kept grounds over my favourite beach in Cornwall.
We had great weather which meant we were able to have breakfast out on the terrace every morning. We spent many lunches and afternoon teas out on the terrace overlooking the cove which was very peaceful and relaxing.
The Mayfield farm shop was just up the road in Cury which was open Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 4pm. All of her cakes and scones were homemade and a variety of dairy and bread were available plus the coffee was great - a very good find !
The path down to the cove was very convenient especially when the car park is full at the height of the season.
We would return without hesitation.

We had a wonderful holiday in this property. It was very clean and fresh throughout and had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen and an airer etc to keep on top of the laundry - important with a toddler!
We loved the big dining table for meals and board games, and the kids appreciated that the lounge tv swivelled on a bracket so they could watch it from the table.
Our only suggestion for the owners was a safety gate for the top of the stairs and window restrictors for the upstairs windows. We ended up blocking the top of the stairs at night with a chair and finding the key to fully lock the window of the room our 2 year old was in as the window opened wide

The Cabin has all the amenities one needs for a perfect well balanced stay whether it’s walks, beaches, or landmarks. There is something to do for all the family and doggy friends. The hosts are welcoming and on hand to help with anything. Could not fault the place I would really recommend to anyone, friends, family on this lovely place, once again thanks for an amazing stay.

We loved Ivy Cottage and had a great stay here. As a family of four we had lots of space and all of the rooms were perfect. The master bedroom with dual aspect windows was so bright and airy and sea views were lovely. I appreciated the utility space, a tumble dryer would have been useful here if that is ever a possibility. We would definitely come back to Ivy Cottage, it was a perfect base for a lovely week.

Excellent location of the property. Easy access from the cottage to local walks and the coastal walk. Close to lots of amazing beaches. The property is fully equipped and is well decorated. The locals are lovely and the local pub is just round the corner. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

A fabulous place for a very comfortable stay. Love all the little extras- games, books, information on the surrounding areas. Everything you could need for cooking. The grounds are beautiful and kept to a very high standard. All the staff in the clubhouse are so friendly and the food was absolutely delicious.
