Hannah's Haven is without doubt the best place we have stayed on holiday in Cornwall. Ideally located, spotlessly clean + stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners are very friendly + helpful, they made us feel very welcome!
The local area is beautiful + the nearest beaches are only 2 miles. The property is only 5-10mins from a Lidl + Tesco's so food shopping is very easy, although property is nicely nestled in the countryside.
The van has been very lovingly constructed + decorated, it is very cosy + you feel safe inside. You have lots of privacy but help is on hand should you require any.
We can't wait to go again next year + probably many more after that hopefully too.

Craig-a-Bella-Mycroft has stunning views across the sea and land! It is perfectly situated for coastal path walking, and two easy to access beaches close by. The Lizard is a wonderful area to visit, and this is a great base to do that from.
Craig, Guildford, Sep 2017
This property was extremely well presented and very well appointed. If offers very comfortable accommodation and was spotlessly clean. Excellent location within yards of clifftop path. Despite arriving early we were made very welcome and there is a lovely welcome tray with tea/ coffee, chocolates and scones with jam & clotted cream.
The best holiday let we've ever had - on our second day we made a provisional booking for next year - can't wait!

Overall we enjoyed being at 9 Swingbridge House. The views from the master bedroom and lounge were much better than we expected which was a nice surprise and we found the bed and sofa's to be very comfortable. The only drawback was the vehicle noise. This isn't a complaint because we were well aware that there would be vehicle noise because of the location but we were both surprised at how much there was of it. The double glazing did a pretty good job of screening it out though. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and we thought the bath and shower were both good too. Special mention must also go to the caretaker, Denise, who provided outstanding service very late on our last night at the property when we returned to it only to find, to our horror, that we had lost the keys. She helped us in our hour of need and for that we are very grateful indeed.

We all loved our stay in this cottage. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with fresh flowers and a cream tea we felt welcome. I enjoyed watching the cows being milked and playing with the kittens. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. All the furniture and kitchen equipment looked new and of a good standard.
We thought we might be woken by the cows coming in to be milked, but that was not the case the cottage was really quiet. The single bedroom is below the height of the field, so you get a wonderful mole's eye view of the cows. You can hear them happily munching on the grass outside.

This was a delightful little cottage. Although small, it was very well designed and beautifully decorated with a nautical theme. I loved the attention to detail and the clever little touches, like the winding handle to open the bedroom window - where else could you open a window without getting out of bed!! And of course, being an "upside down" house made the most of the amazing view. Also amusing to hear peoples' comments when they walked past! Very good location for exploring local area.

We have stayed in lizard village many times over the years. Every cottage we have stayed in has been fabulous. I would consider Ivy cottage again if all the other cottages were booked but it would always be my last choice. Lovely location and very clean but I think lots of the furniture is passed it's sell by date!

Wood, Oxted, Sep 2017
Lovely Holiday ,lucky for the most part with the weather for late in what has been a very poor year weather wise.Host and hostess lovely welcoming people plus dog.Only drawback at all,and that was our fault as we chose it,is it's a bit of a long way out from civilisation........and we are at the age that the spirit of high adventure has dimmed a little.....will suit the big boots and hairy knees brigade more than us.
Conroy, Blackburn, Sep 2017
Absolutely perfect. So beautifully appointed and extremely well equipped. Chy Fons is a very special place to stay.
Collins, Mullion, Sep 2017
We have stayed in a lot of cottages in England and Scotland this is the best so far. The owner has been very thoughtful by leaving some store cupboard ingredients and the cream tea was delicious. The cottage was immaculate everything you want. It might be a good idea to put the postcodes for recommended eating places, we had to ring them to find out where to go. Thank you for letting us stay it was a privelige.
Crowston, Wilberfoss, Sep 2017
When we arrived the owner told us the boiler had failed and that he had called in a plumber. When we switched on the immersion heater it too was not working. The owner immediately called in an electrican. He then promptly soughted out temporary forms of heating. The boiler and heater were quickly repaired.
The only aspect that we feel needs attention is the condition of some of the carpets.
Hayes, Derby, Sep 2017
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, despite the power cut which was handled well by the electricity company and Brian.
There were minor glitches such as poor drainage in the en suite wet room and temperamental induction hob. But overall we thought this a well designed home and a wonderful location.
Howell, Great Malvern, Sep 2017
A comfortable and cosy cottage, close to local amenities. Very comfortable bed!
A nice welcome pack. Information needed during stay such as; rubbish disposal, local amenities/attractions, instructions for cooker etc. all easy to find and well-organised.

Bennett, Coventry, Sep 2017
The property was situated in a prominent place and enjoyed extremely good views. The upstairs area was warm and open and allowed separate living space with the main bedroom being particularly comfortable as was the downstairs equivalent, though longer garments were not catered for in the small wardrobe. The shower did not have anywhere to place soaps and alike. The kitchen was large spacious and well equiped though the fridges (inc. utility room) needed cleaning. The drive to the property was narrow in places but still navigatable with a 9 seat minibus.
Fiveash, Scaynes Hill, Sep 2017
Ideal base for visiting the lizard. Nice clean property.
Hanson, Carnforth, Sep 2017
Very spacious and comfortable place to stay, we would highly recommend it and we would definitely return. The owner Velvyn was fantastic, she was next door if needed but never interfered. Can't fault this wonderful holiday home, thank you
