Great property, spent time visiting old haunts. Even the weather hasn't stopped us enjoying our week. Thank you.

Baber, May 2017

And so we reach the end of a fantastic week - so sad! As usual everything was perfect for this 4th stay - even the weather behaved. As ever we have traveled all over the area filling the car up 3 times and walking many miles to see your stunning scenery. Returning each evening to such a warm, cosy place and comfy bed was wonderful - thank you so much. We return home to Burton feeling relaxed and much more spring like. Our holiday has been truly fantastic - we are very envious of you living in such a beautiful place with such stunning views.

Thank you Jackie, Richard for the wonderful stay again. Each time we come it just gets better and better. I love seeing the fox and badger at night. Heath and Tor are so well behaved and I loved playing with Tor. In 7 days we have been all over Cornwall. I loved the J2O'S and the cake (Grandma ate granddad's piece of cake).
From Ellie.
P.S See you Next Year.

We stayed for a week in August 2015 and had a wonderful stay. The property was very well equipped, quiet and comfortable.
Close to our favourite beaches and the week just vanished.

Can't wait to return, of all the cottages I've stayed in this is the only one I've returned to and will do so again.

This was our second stay at Mullion Cottage although we have stayed at many other self catering properties during our 50 plus years of visiting Mullion and would certainly rate this as our favourite bearing in mind our needs have changed over the years.

A lovely flat with a great view over the harbour. Great walks along the coast and a perfect base to explore the Lizard.

We loved our stay at Little Schol Garth. The cottage was warm & welcoming when we arrived, everywhere was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, so slept very well. The shower was brilliant & it was lovely to have bath sheets. Two comfortable settees to sit on in a larger than expected lounge. Such peace & tranquility to had at this cottage,& we hope it won't be too long until we can return.

Excellent as always. Just a few minor points about the first floor door not opening correctly and one of the bedrooms has no ventilation. Minor issues really compared with the overall holiday.

Property was a great size and good value for money. It has everything needed for cooking and was in a good state of repair and decor. Loved being on site on the farm with no noise or light pollution. Well situated to see all the sites.

Thank you for a lovely holiday again at Stones Throw. We always look forward to a very relaxing break at Mullion. There were a few minor issues which we notified you of. These in no way effected our stay except the grill which should have been checked by the cleaner. The new bed really does make all the difference. Also the new TV and flooring is very nice. Cornish Cottages are so very helpful. Hope to be back very soon.

Cornish Cottages response: We are pleased you enjoyed your stay once again at Stones Throw, we have placed new bulbs in the property and have a new extractor unit being fitted on the next changeover. We have explained to the caretaker about the grill who will endeavour to keep this clean. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

We had a comfortable stay at Rock View. Great location for access to the coast path and exploring local coves. The use of the pool at the hotel was a plus. We enjoyed the chocolate cake. Thank you.

Rock View

Beynon, Rugby, Mar 2017

Overall a nice rural cottage which is connected directly to the owners house (there's a door that joins the 2)
Personally I would only recommend stopping in season or when the weather is dry as the cottage is on a plot similar to farm land so it is quite muddy outside and the rocky entrance is a little unstable and slippy to walk on. Inside the cottage is well presented and has a cosy feel. A guide to use the log burner would be helpful and the wifi is very limited with signal dropping in and out. The bed, covers and pillows definitely need changing as they are uncomfortable and we both woke several times in the night I'm afraid. The walk to the village takes around 6 minutes (8 to the pub) but be aware it is not well lit at night so torches needed.
It's a very quiet location so you can certainly relax here, the owner was also very friendly and welcoming.
Locally I know from visiting the area on numerous occasions over the years that there is a lot to do and see, however out of season some local attractions/shops/cafes are closed and if the weathers bad you won't want to walk far! I'm sure that in season though this cottage would be ideal to stop at.
