Amazing facilities within the property, lovely to see even the smallest detail being catered for. I.e sandwich bags, salt, pepper, vinegar, plastic plates for a picnic, just very thoughtful.
The modern furniture and aesthetics make it so homely.

The property was ready and welcoming when we arrived, June had left everything looking splendid and Zena had left us a really great basket of goodies. It was so easy to settle in quickly, make a cup of tea, sit down and marvel at the fantastic view. A wonderful home for a relaxing holiday.

A lovely welcoming holiday home and a fabulous base for exploring this area of Cornwall. The dark skies are worth getting up for during the night. They are simply spectacular. We would definitely recommend this holiday home to couples and families alike and we would certainly stay again.

Village is now very quiet and the Public House unoccupied for 2 years, it's off the beaten track so you need to self cater a bit. Nearest villages have shops and eating places. You need to be able to negotiate narrow single track roads here.

A beautiful, cosy cabin, just perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. The owners are friendly and leave lot's of welcome gifts and a letter, dog treats too and a bowl. Many beautiful places nearby to visit and lovely cafés and pubs for meals. Can't wait to be back next year!!

This is a well presented and immaculately clean cottage. It’s in an ideal position to explore the Lizard peninsula and surrounding area. Only minutes away from the South West coastal path it’s also great for walkers and lovers of nature. I cannot recommend it enough. The owners are very welcoming and as I was staying on my own I felt I could call on them at any time if needed.

We stayed in Pentreath Studio just as the weather was turning and felt comfy, cosy wnd relaxed all week.
The studio is well placed on the Lizard - walks in Near to everything but very private with options for walks direct from the door. Robert and Andrea are helpful with queries whilst respecting your privacy. Everything was spotless. We would definitely return here (and like previous clients, have rebooked for 2026).

Little Barn is located in a quiet lane a short stroll from Cadgwith cove.The cottage is a very clean, comfortable cottage with a pleasing decor. The enclosed garden is very convenient for those with dogs. There is even an artisan baker a short distance away. Would recommend and hope to return.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Tresweeta and particularly appreciated the clean linen and towels, the use of wind break and buckets and spades etc and the effective wifi. The location of the property is great for exploring beautiful far southwest Cornwall and there is plenty of space in the property.

The best holiday let we have stayed in so far! The price was fair for the standard and the facilities and we have rebooted for next year!
We appreciated the attention to detail from the kitchen equipment to the washing/drying clothes facilities to the comfort of extra blankets and the decorations. The art work was beautiful too. You can tell the owners take pride in their property and it was appreciated. The cleaner was lovely and the place was clean too.
