Sprason, Bedworth, Jul 2026
Very restful, very quiet as nobody staying nearby. Had everything we needed to be comfortable.
Very lucky with weather.
Stars at night lovely and clear.
Walk to cove short and pleasant. Cove lovely.
Graham, Redruth, Jul 2026
A wonderful property to either sit and relax watching the beach view or for enjoying swimming and walking the pathways surrounding Poldhu Cove.
The bungalow is well equipped and comfortable. The beds are comfy as are the chairs in the lounge.
We swam every day and visited Lizard Peninsula a few times and Kynance cove. Be warned, it's a long steep climb down to Kynance cove if you want a swim. Stay and enjoy Poldhu beach, it's one of the better ones for accessibility and parking.
We also visited St. Michael's Mount, needing to use the little boat to get there and back due to a high tide.
My husband and l thoroughly had a wonderful time and will be staying again. Thank you Nicola.
Woodruff, Bristol, Jul 2026
Woodley’s Cottage is a lovely place to stay, in a beautiful position, in a magical part of the UK. Just step inside, sit on the sofa, marvel at the view and just chill. We will be back again for our fix.
Gifford, Stoke-on-Trent, Jul 2026
Stay here now! The neatest, most welcoming space you can imagine. Simple, uncluttered, comfortable, quiet.
15min walk to either of 2 local beaches, both are an absolute haven.
As a family of four with two adult children I cant tell you how perfect this space was for us.
Massey, Derby, Jul 2026
A delightful property, right in the heart of a working dairy farm. Everything you could need for a comfortable holiday, and great owners, welcoming and attentive. Great location for exploring the Lizard and surrounding areas. Cream tea in arrival is very welcome after a long journey!
Buckle, Crewe, Jul 2026
Clean, tidy cottage. Has everything needed for your stay. We loved it and will definitely be booking again.
Brown, BURNHAM-ON-SEA, Jul 2026
Excellent property.
Ager, CRAWLEY, Jul 2026
Thoroughy recommended. All facilities and conveniences, easy access parking. Comfortable house with distant sea views
This is an amazing property and it really works as a holiday home from home. We do not normally stay at Mullion as we prefer to base in the Cadgwith/Ruan area but should we need to stay in Mullion again Stones Throw has a lot going for it. Easy access parking, lovely house with all conveniences. VERY clean and tidy, distant sea view, no nonsense sky TV, well equipped kitchen, useful laundry room, comfortable lounge. Well thought out property.
Horler, Bristol, Jul 2026
A well equipped quiet property with a spacious garden with lovely sea views and plenty of seating. The beds were very comfortable. The property is a short walk from the village shops and pubs. The owner Hazel was lovely and helpful. We would definitely visit again.
Johnson, LEICESTER, Jul 2026
The property is on the edge of The Lizard close to footpaths and with great views of the countryside and sea, yet within easy walking distance to the centre of The Lizard allowing access to shops, cafes and restaurants. The property itself was well laid out with attractive touches and had everything that I needed. The area is great for long walks or just mooching around. The owners left a lovely Cornish tea and checked that everything was ok - which it was. I thoroughly enjoyed my week there and would return again.
Cranfield, HITCHIN, Jul 2026
The property location is ideal for all the village amenities and just a short walk to Mullion Harbour and the coastal path.
Gifford, Stoke-on-Trent, Jul 2026
Excellent position at the tip of Church Cove with some stylish furnishings. Recommended for predominantly outdoor activities during the day. You need to take your own towels, and not be too fussy about cleanliness.
Vittay, Ashford, Jul 2026
Ideal for two or three people or young family. Comfortable base that is well sited for the Lizard and all other areas as just off the main Helston to Lizard road. Supermarket and fuel 10 mins away. Quiet location with a large garden field to explore and private sunny patio. Very friendly hosts and very helpful. Would certainly book again. Thank you Keith and Jane for the lovely stay.
Trezise, Barry, Jul 2026
Lovely holiday let and a great welcome pack, very clean and tidy, Highly recommended
Worley, Frinton-on-Sea, Jul 2026
Great location of the property. Views stunning and easy access to coastal path and beach/cove. Property could do with updating especially in the garden/decking area. Whilst staying had use of Hotel, Polurrian on The Lizard, facilities, including pool. But hotel under renovation so no outdoor pool. Check before your stay. I would recommend property and we had a fabulous week in July.
O’Donoghue, Bristol, Jul 2026
A lovely week - fantastic sunny weather, perfect for days on Polurrian beach. Chy Mellans is a really lovely comfortable base for the week's holiday.
Wendy, Matt, George & Ollie, Jul 2026
We have stayed at the cabin at least three times over recent years and have always found it comfortable as well as being in a beautiful rural position. The village of Coverack is not too far away and makes for a lovely walk while putting you in touch with the SW coast path as well as many other places a short drive away. Nick and Claire are lovely welcoming hosts who we’ve got to know quite well over the years. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Cabin to friends and family and hope to return again at some point in the future.

Kelly, LLANYMYNECH, Jul 2026
Lovely, comfortable bungalow which felt like home as soon as we walked through the door. Light and airy throughout with a beautiful, south facing, private and mature garden for us to enjoy alfresco dining throughout our holiday. Owner Hazel was friendly and welcoming, bringing us fresh flowers on arrival. We have already booked to return next year!

Perfect, absolutely perfect
Simmons, HARLOW, Jul 2026
One of most stunning properties we have stayed at. Location was superb. The property was excellent, extremely clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The outside space was delightful and we were able to make the most out of it. Private access onto the beach is just perfect. The owners made us very welcome to their home and were very kind to our doggie. Definitely wishing to return.
Waite, NOTTINGHAM, Jul 2026
Ideally situated in a stunning setting.
Appleton, YORK, Jul 2026
We love this place and have been spending our holidays here for a good number of years now. It's so close to the sea so great for swimming and kyaking. I love the coastal walks too which can be accessed about 100 yards from the property. We love it because it's quirky being in the old lifeboat station. I would recommend this property to others although part of me wants to keep it a secret!
Reed, BETCHWORTH, Jul 2026
We very much enjoyed our stay in Anhay Cottage. It is comfortable throughout and very well equipped, with all you need for cooking and relaxing. It is a good base for exploring the Lizard and beyond. Linda and Gerry are friendly and welcoming hosts. We would happily return.
Swift, Warminster, Jul 2026
Quaint thatched cottage. Well placed to tour the Lizard and beyond. Excellent welcome pack including a cream tea which was greatly appreciated. Bonus of a parking space directly outside property.
Comfortable walking distance to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary. Property is recommended.
Hall, LINCOLN, Jul 2026
A booking at Atlantic View would be well placed as it is in a good peaceful location with easy access to a nice walk to the Lloyd’s signal building and another to Housel bay. This property is very well presented and welcoming and has great view from first floor living room across the fields to the coast. The Lizard village is a beautiful place only a few minutes from Kynance Cove. A great place to relax and unwind I highly recommend it.
