We had a lovely stay in cockelshell cottage, great location with walks straight from the cottage.
Nicely decorated, with everything you need, safe back garden for kids & dogs but need slight repair to wire on bottom of gate for small dogs.
Lovely cream tea & milk left for you so you could make a cuppa on arrival.

Offroad parking and walking distance to all ameneties and beach, the lack of a wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom is an headache.

Fantastic location both peaceful and beautiful. Lovely inside warm and inviting.
No need to go outside if raining as everything you could need has been thought of and the sea is literally on your doorstep.
Lovely pub, a few shops and cliff walks.
Sad to leave but will definitely be booking again. Well worth the trip.

We loved everything about this property. Plenty of space for five, with an extra upstairs TV room. Fully equipped with everything you might need and well maintained. Warm and welcoming, it felt like home by the time I left. A very handy position for the coastal path.

This was our second stay at Marconi’s Reach. It is a perfect property for a family and it is really well-equipped and in a beautiful location by the coastal path, with short walks to Poldhu and Polurrian beaches.

What a wonderful stay in a perfectly positioned and well maintained property. It had everything we could need. Was warm and very comfortable. Only a 5min walk to the stunning Church Cove and 10mins into the village with all the great eating and drinking establishments. Will be back again.....

Our second stay at Anhay and once again it was a real home from home experience. We were warmly welcomed by Linda who had left a large bottle of milk along with scones, jam and clotted cream. Sprite, the farm cat spent a lot of time with us as she did last year which thrilled my grandson. We had a mixed bag of weather but on the very wet day we made full use of the supply of games in the cottage. We will definitely be back again at some point.

We had a lovely week at the cottage so much so we've booked again for next Easter holidays. The garden in front is perfect for the dogs but also to catch some rays. There were plenty of eateries, pubs, souvenir shops within walking distance but most importantly (for us) the SW coastal path is on your doorstep.

Pen Vose is a lovely, comfy, spacious holiday house in a great location with plenty of walks straight from the house and several places to eat a short walk away in Lizard Village. That includes the legendary best-in-the-world Ann’s Pasties!! Highly recommended.
