This 'Patio Home', sleeping up to 8, is part of the prestigious Clowance Estate and Country Club which is a five star 'Seasons' resort. Offering well-equipped, comfortable accommodation with free access to all of the resort’s facilities including indoor heated pool, solarium, gymnasium, tennis, boating, bar and restaurants with evening entertainment. Guests also have access to the estate’s 120 acre site with its beautiful woodland walks, lake and fitness trail.

Clowance is in a great location for exploring nearby attractions and the North Cornwall coastline with its many beaches. Being midway between St Ives and Falmouth, with the A30 around 5 miles away, makes it easy to get out and about for day trips or visiting popular eateries.

Entered from the nearby parking area into the hallway with the open-plan kitchen/diner off. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave as well as a dining table that seats six. A large sliding door opens onto the private patio with outdoor furniture and block built stand for a barbecue, all overlooking the landscaped parkland.

Also on the ground floor is an en suite bedroom with king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables with lamps over. The en suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Upstairs, the large lounge consists comfortable seating for five/six, coffee table, CD player, flat screen TV with Freeview equivalent. (Internet access is also available through the TV at extra cost). Also in the lounge is a foldout bed for two. The large sliding doors give access to a balcony with outdoor furniture and views down the lawns towards the pond.

Bedroom two is en suite and has a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and built-in closet. The connected bathroom is en suite to the bedroom but also has a second door onto the landing, equipped with bath with shower over, toilet and handbasin. Bedroom three is more suitable for children, attached to bedroom two, with 3' bunk beds. All bedrooms have garden views.

Rental includes bedlinen, towels and heating. The bedlinen and towels are changed weekly on Saturday and the lodge cleaned throughout. Launderette available on-site. Cots and high chairs are available for free, please advise if required at time of booking. Most facilities are included in the rental and available from reception.
