Newly refurbished and modernised 'Patio Home', on the prestigious Clowance Estate and Country Club, which is a five star 'Seasons' resort. Offering well-equipped, comfortable accommodation with free access to the resort’s facilities including indoor heated pool, solarium, gymnasium, tennis, boating, bar and restaurants with evening entertainment. Guests also have access to the estate’s 120 acre site with its beautiful woodland walks, lake and fitness trail.

Clowance is in a great location for exploring nearby attractions and the North Cornwall coastline with its many beaches. Being midway between St Ives and Falmouth, with the A30 around 5 miles away, makes it easy to get out and about for day trips or visiting popular eateries.

Entered from the nearby parking area into the hallway with space for coats and footwear. The kitchen/diner is the first room off the hall. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee pod machine. For indoor dining, a table and 8 chairs are provided.

At the rear of the house is a the living room, a bright and airy space, with large sliding door onto the private patio. There are two sofas and a chair for easy seating and a large flat screen TV for entertainment. On the decked patio area there is an outdoor corner seat, coffee table and electric barbecue, as well as a private hot tub, all overlooking the landscaped parkland.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is en suite and has it's own balcony space with views of the park below.

Master bedroom with kingsize bed, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table, wall-mounted TV and hanging storage for clothes. A large sliding door open to the balcony with two chairs and a coffee table. The en suite has a walk in mixer shower enclosure, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is a twin room with two single beds, hanging storage for clothes and a wall mounted TV. Bedroom three is a double bed with hanging storage unit and wall mounted TV.

The family bathroom has a bath with mixer shower over, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Rental includes bedlinen, towels and heating. The bedlinen and towels are changed weekly on Saturday. A launderette is also available on-site. Cots and high chairs are available for free, please advise if required at time of booking. Most facilities are included in the rental and available on enquiry at the site reception. There is a small charge for some facilities such as racket hire if required. The on-site Clowance beauty spa offers a range of treatments for a charge.
