Sunnyside is a detached bungalow set at the end of a quiet driveway, just off the main approach to Coverack’s beach and seafront, with rolling views across the garden towards the sea beyond. The outlook can be enjoyed from the living room, main bedroom, and from the garden and patio, making this an excellent base for a family holiday by the coast.
The cottage is just a short walk from the centre of Coverack village, where you’ll find local shops, cafés, and the bar and restaurant at The Paris Hotel, along with a sandy beach and small working harbour with its colourful fishing boats.
From the driveway parking space, a sloping ramped path leads to the front door, which opens into a hallway with all rooms leading off.
The living room enjoys sea views across the lawned garden and is comfortably furnished with a three-seat sofa and a two-seat sofa, a dining table with four chairs, an ornamental fireplace, and a Smart TV with Freeview.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, 4-slice toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, and a dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, storage for coats and boots, and access to the outdoor furniture.
Bedroom one is positioned at the front of the property to make the most of the sea views, and includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, and an occasional chair. Bedroom two is a twin room with two 3' single beds, a wardrobe, and a bedside table with lamp.
Bedroom three, located at the rear of the property, has a double bed and enjoys dual-aspect views of the garden and the small wooded area behind the bungalow.
The family bathroom includes a bath with electric shower over, toilet, handbasin, and heated towel rail.
Outside, the property has a large lawned garden, with paths leading around the bungalow. To one side, a patio area is furnished with a bistro table and chairs, a lovely spot to sit and take in the sea views. A low wall and hedging surrounds the property and a nearby stream runs along one side of the garden, though this is on the other side of the wall, children and pets must be supervised when outside.
Rental includes bed linen, towels, WiFi, and driveway parking for one car. One dog is welcome at £30 per week.
