Well-equipped kitchen with a new electric oven for winter 2018 and 4-ring hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment plus a separate tall fridge freezer. Dining area with table and chairs for four people. Large lounge with comfortable seating for four, coffee tables, 40" TV/DVD, CD and radio. Double patio doors lead out onto the paved terrace with picnic bench.
Upstairs Bedroom one is a double room with 5' king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe, dressing table and mirror and TV/DVD. Bedroom two has twin 3' single beds, bedside table and lamp and a double wardrobe. Both bedrooms have hairdryers. Family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, matching toilet and handbasin, electric shaver point and heated towel radiator.
Heating is by modern storage radiators downstairs and electric panel heaters upstairs. Rental includes electricity, bedlinen and towels, cot, high chair and stair gate (if required) and all facilities apart from the solarium. ! small/medium dog welcome at a charge at the booking stage. Please note that there is not an enclosed garden but nearby is a footpath which dogs can be exercised along. Also on site are two tennis courts. One allocated parking space is within 30 metres of the front door with further parking available nearby.
