Primrose Cottage at Pendra Loweth (Cornish for Valley of Gardens) is set on a development of modern, privately owned holiday homes in a 16 acre site in a quiet wooded valley at Maenporth, Falmouth.Being an end-terrace in a very quiet part of the site, Primrose Cottage offers a fantastic location for a family holiday. There is no passing traffic (your allocated parking space is just 30 metres away) and there are lots of facilities on site. Seasonal restaurant and bar. Within 60 metres are the indoor heated ‘splash’ pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, modern fully equipped gym, pool table, solarium, children's play area and the laundry facility. * Please note that these facilities may be limited due to COVID-19. The bar/restaurant will be offering takeaway from the 12th April in line with the Government Guidelines. Once restrictions ease indoor eating and drinking will be available with a full food menu.
Please note if booking for dates that include the 18th May 2021, the owner is currently scheduled to have broadband installed on that date and so may require access which would be arranged closer to the time.
Primrose Cottage consists of: Ground floor cloakroom with toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail. Well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and 4-ring hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and a separate freezer. Dining area with table and chairs for four people. Large lounge with comfortable seating, flat-screen TV with DVD. Double patio doors lead out onto the paved terrace with picnic bench.
Upstairs Bedroom one is a double room with 5' king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe, dressing table and mirror and TV/DVD. Bedroom two has twin 3' single beds, bedside table and lamp and a double wardrobe. Both bedrooms have hairdryers. Family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, matching toilet and handbasin, electric shaver point and heated towel radiator.
Heating is by modern storage radiators downstairs and electric panel heaters upstairs. Rental includes electricity, bedlinen and towels, cot, high chair and stair gate (if required) and all facilities apart from the solarium. Also on site are two tennis courts. One allocated parking space is within 30 metres of the front door with further parking available nearby.
