A beautifully presented holiday home with its own private garden and fantastic countryside views. Situated in Greatwork, an area just outside of the peaceful village of Godolphin Cross. Pollyanna’s  has access direct from its door to an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways, from panoramic hillsides to shady woodlands, making it a great base  for walkers.

Complete with central heating and a wood burner (logs included) this is a cosy and peaceful haven for up to three people. Being part of the owner’s smallholding there are lambs and chickens for you to visit if you wish. 

There are two pubs within a 10 minute drive, The Lion & Lamb at Ashton and The Queen's Arms at Breage. While a short journey in the car can offer a fine choice of food and beverages at Porthleven Harbour. Praa Sands is your nearest beach being approx 10 minutes away by car, offering a mile of golden sand, lifeguards during the summer, car parking, toilets, café and beach shops are also available.

A little further and you can easily visit St Michael's Mount, Penzance, Land's End and The Lizard Peninsula while on the North coast St Ives and Carbis Bay are only 25 minutes approx in the car.

From your own private garden the property is entered into the comfortable living area. There's comfortable seating for 3-4 people, large flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player and a wood burning stove with logs provided. A circular dining table and four chairs provides a formal dining area and the kitchen is well-equipped with a gas oven with gas hob and extractor over, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave oven. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the shower room. Bedroom one is a large double room with 5' king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and a wardrobe. Bedroom two is a large single room with bedside table and lamp and a wardrobe.

Outside is a private, enclosed garden with a patio area . G­­­­arden furniture and a barbeque are provided. If you have a dog and need to leave them unattended for part of the day or whilst you enjoy a meal out in the evening then there is a large bespoke kennel and run that is available for use by arrangement with the owner who lives on site.

Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity, WiFi, gas, central heating and logs. A breakfast hamper of locally supplied goods is available directly from the owner at extra cost. Regret no smoking and not suitable for children under 5yrs (babies up to 12 months OK). One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week. Pollyanna's is accessed via a 400m (approx) unmade lane which may be unsuitable for cars with very low suspension.
