A modern end of terrace three bedroom, two bathroom property, with sea glimpses and easy access to the coastal path. Situated at the heart of Lizard village, very convenient for the shops, pubs and popular fish & chip shop, but with a 'tucked away from it all' feel. The cottage provides very comfortable accommodation for up to five people, with driveway parking for one vehicle and an enclosed back garden.
From the driveway there's a short walkway to the door, entered into a hallway where there's a ground floor loo with handbasin. The kitchen features a serving window to the dining area and hosts a range of appliances; there's a fridge/freezer, electric oven with 4-ring hob, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Krupps coffee pod machine, kettle and a 4-slice toaster.
The lounge/diner has comfy seating for five people, a smart TV with Freeview and the dining area has a table with six chairs and double doors to the enclosed rear garden. Also on the ground floor is a 'snug', this second sitting room has a small sofa, an armchair and another smart TV with DVD player.
Upstairs is a landing with all bedrooms off. The master bedroom is en suite and has sea glimpses, it has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and the en suite shower room has a mixer shower, handbasin, loo and heated towel rail. The second bedroom, also with sea glimpses, has a zip & link double bed, which can be made as two separate 2'6" singles (by prior request when booking), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps. The third bedroom has a single bed, chest of drawers and hanging rail. The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower enclosure with mixer shower, there's also a handbasin, loo and heated towel rail.
Outside, the rear garden can be accessed via a side gate where's there storage available for any bikes or beach goods. The garden itself has artificial turf and low maintenance planters.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating, electricity and WiFi. One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week.
