Ula Cottage is situated at the heart of Lizard village, with easy access to miles of cliff top walking on the South West Coast Path, the stunning beach and coastal scenery at Kynance Cove is also reachable from here. The village amenities, including pubs, restaurants, general store, butchers and Ann’s Pasties are all right on the doorstep.

Completely renovated as a quality holiday home, featuring a newly fitted, well-equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with en suite wet room. Ula being Cornish for owl, you can spot the two little stone owls set in the wall by the front door of this charming cottage.

Enter into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen portion has a granite floor and is outfitted with a range of appliances, there’s a fridge and a freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, double oven and 4-ring hob with extractor over. The living and dining area has wood flooring, two seat sofa, large TV and a table with two dining chairs.

A wooden sliding door on large metal castors leads to the bedroom where there’s a double bed and built-in storage cupboards. The bedroom is carpeted and has a wall mounted modern electric heater. The en suite wet room features a ceiling mounted shower head and a handbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.

One large OR medium dog, or two lap dogs accepted at £25 per week per dog.

Parking is on road immediately outside, however it is not designated. Further parking is available less than 150m at the village green. WiFi, bedlinen, towels and utilities are included.

'Little Big Gig' is an annual music and arts festival held in Lizard on Henry's Campsite. The dates for 2020 are Friday 18th September until Sunday 20th September.
