Ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from Mullion village centre with its pubs, shops, and amenities, and only around 10 minutes on foot to the beautiful Polurrian Beach. With driveway parking for two cars at the front and a delightful decked terrace with sea views to the rear, this property is perfect for a relaxed coastal break.

Entering from the driveway, you step into the front hallway, with all rooms leading off. At one end of the bungalow is a bright and airy open-plan space combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room, all with large windows to make the most of the sea views.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a three-seat sofa and two easy chairs, along with a TV (with EE TV) and DVD player. There are also plenty of reading lamps for cosy evenings in, and large windows that overlook the pretty landscaped garden and out to sea. Just off the living area is a snug, offering extra flexibility with a two-seat sofa bed, music centre, a collection of vinyl, and a reading chair, a great spot to unwind.

The kitchen and dining area flow from the living room and feature sliding doors out onto the deck and garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with a double oven, 4-ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. An island with four stools makes it a sociable and functional space, perfect for quick breakfasts or chatting over a glass of wine while cooking. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, and an additional fridge and freezer.

The dining area features a large table with six chairs beside a woodburner, making a cosy setting for cooler evenings. On warmer days, open the sliding doors to enjoy indoor-outdoor living, or take your meal outside to the decked terrace, where you’ll find another large table with bench seating and chairs, all with sea views.

The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and garden views. It also benefits from an en suite shower room with electric shower, toilet, and handbasin. The second bedroom is a bright twin room with two 3' single beds, chest of drawers, and built-in wardrobe space, also enjoying garden and partial sea views. The family bathroom includes a bath with electric shower over, toilet, handbasin, and heated towel rail.

A second snug/study is tucked away off the utility room and opens to the garden. This peaceful retreat features a day bed, desk, and skylight — ideal for reading, relaxing with a cup of tea, or catching up on emails if needed. Outside, there’s a small patio area with a bistro table for quiet moments in the sun.

Rental includes utilities, WiFi, bedlinen, and towels. Driveway parking is available for two cars.
Please note: the garden wraps around the property and includes some changes in level, including steps down from the decking, so care should be taken in these areas. The decking area is raised and so children should be supervised when using this space due to the drop off the side.
