Chy Mellans is a light and spacious house with sea views from most rooms. It's been recently refurbished to a good standard and has a private garden and driveway parking. Mullion village centre is just a five minute walk where you will find pubs and shops. The nearest beach, Polurrian, is around a ten minute walk down the lane at the top of the road and the popular Poldhu beach with its café and surf school can be reached by the cliff path or a five minute drive.
Entered from the driveway into a hallway with wood flooring and separate WC and handbasin on your left.
The large kitchen dining room is equipped with an electric oven and 4-ring hob with extractor over, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining area has a table and chairs for six seated in front of a large window looking out onto the front garden with sea views beyond.
The living room has a 2x two seat sofas and a matching chair with a flat screen TV and a DVD player, the fireplace is ornamental. The sea views can be admired from this room where you can watch ships traverse the horizon. There are blinds and curtains for windows in the living room and children should be supervised where blinds are concerned.
Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms, this room has a 4' small double bed intended for one person, bedside table with lamp and built-in storage cupboard.
Stairs to the first floor onto a landing with a further two bedrooms and bathroom off. The master bedroom on your right is large with a 5’ king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers with a TV/DVD player and ample hanging space in the built-in wardrobes. The bed is quite high so you can sit up and enjoy the sea view. The third bedroom has a choice of 3' twin beds or they can be made as a 6’ super-king if preferred, with bedside table and lamp, built-in wardrobes and this room also has a sea view. The family bathroom has been newly refurbished for 2022, it has a bath with electric shower over, a toilet, handbasin, heated towel rail and a mirror with light and shaver point over.
Outside there is a driveway providing ample off-road parking. The garden at the rear is mostly lawn that has an upper and lower part so care must be taken as there is a small drop. To the front there is a patio area and some garden furniture is provided.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating, electricity, stair gate and WiFi. No smoking and regret no pets.
