Four Winds is set at the edge of Mullion Village, sleeping six across three bedrooms and with far reaching rural and sea views. The village amenities include two good pubs, two convenience stores, a beach shop, pharmacy and at the heart of the village a 15th century church.
The nearest sandy beach at Poldhu Cove is just a few minutes in the car and has plenty of parking, a popular café, seasonal surf school and lifeguards during the summer. Mullion also has a harbour at Mullion Cove and another sandy beach at Polurrian, with each of these beaches being linked by the South West Coast Path you can walk for miles and soak up the stunning sea and coastal scenery.
Almost anywhere on the Lizard Peninsula including the beautiful Kynance Cove, the furthest southerly point at Lizard and the very picturesque working fishing cove at Cadgwith are all just a short drive away.
The property has a gravel driveway with space for a few cars, from here, enter into the conservatory and then an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with 4-ring hob and extractor over, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Off of the living space is a further sunroom, which features a sky-light and double doors to the garden, from here there are views of the surrounding countryside; from the edge of Goonhilly, across to Cury Churchtown and over to the sea around Poldhu.
