Gunwalloe is one of a group of barn conversion cottages, set around a courtyard garden and only a minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and pubs around the centre of Mullion village. The cottage has recently been refurbished as a comfortable and well placed 'bolthole for two'.
Entered from the courtyard garden into the living and kitchen area, with open beams and high ceiling, there's a sofa with a flat screen TV and garden views. The Kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster and a washing machine. A compact dining table with chairs is also provided for sit down meals.
Off of the living area is the bathroom which has an electric shower over the bath, a heated towel rail, handbasin and a toilet. The Bedroom is also off of the living area and has garden views, a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Off-road parking for one car is provided in the gravel car park, steps lead from the car park down to the communal courtyard and across gravel paths to the property. One well behaved dog is welcome at £25 per week. Bedlinen, towels, WiFi and utilities included. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
