Half Way Up, Mullion, Cornwall is a two bedroom bungalow situated on an unsurfaced track just off the road down to Mullion Harbour. Being decorated and finished to a high standard, including three bath/shower rooms, rural views and off-road car parking for two vehicles. The Cornish Coastal Path is approximately 400 metres from the front door, as is the beautiful sandy bay at Polurrian Cove. Mullion village with its variety of shops and pubs is just half a mile up the road, while a similar distance in the opposite direction is the picturesque Mullion Cove with its historic working harbour.
Entered through the hallway the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen/diner with double electric oven and hob with extractor over, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and dining table and chairs for four people. Through to the utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and also has a door to the garden.
The lounge has comfortable seating for four people, LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player. French doors to the garden. There is also a second lounge at the end of the hallway, with a further three-piece suite, widescreen TV, VHS and DVD player and assorted board games etc. Finally on the ground floor is the main bathroom, being fully tiled with bath, toilet and handbasin, separate shower cubicle and a heated towel rail.
First floor bedrooms each having their own en suite, fully tiled shower rooms with shower cubicle, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rails. Bedroom one has a king-size 5' bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom two is a twin room with two, 3' single beds, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both rooms enjoy rural views.
Off-road parking for two vehicles, patio area and a lawned garden (not enclosed). Rental includes bedlinen, WIFI, electricity, towels and central heating. One well- behaved pet is welcome at £25 per week. We regret not suitable for children under five. NO SMOKING at this property please.
Please note there is some height restriction in places on the first floor due to the roof line.
