Merryn is a two bed apartment on the edge of Mullion village, set back from the road that leads to the beautiful Mullion Cove. This first floor apartment has wonderful views across ever-changing fields and features a newly fitted kitchen and shower room. Mullion Cove is a short walk away and from there you can walk the coast path in either direction, or stop by the Mullion Cove Hotel for lunch by the sea or drinks at sunset. The village centre is also nearby with shops, pubs and other amenities. Also within a very short walking distance is the Chocolate Factory and Craft Centre, with a coffee shop and sun catching terrace where you can 'fuel up' before walking down to the coast.
External stairs take you up to an enclosed entrance hall, and then inside all rooms are off the central hallway. The living room has excellent rural views where cows can often be seen grazing in the fields, two sofas offer plenty of comfy seating, a TV and a small dining table complete this space.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, freestanding fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and kettle.
The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe and a tall-boy, the window also looks out to the fields and frames the greenery as though it's a living picture. On the opposite side of the hall is the single room, with bedside drawers. The spacious shower room has an electric shower, handbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Outside is a large garden that guests are welcome to use, there's a lawn, perfect for sunbathing under the palms, as well as a seating area and brick barbecue, all set against a tiered and planted wall which traps the sun beautifully.
Please note, a house is being built on the land next door, this doesn't impact the use of the apartment and we are working with the owner to closely monitor progress - please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss should you have any concerns.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating and WiFi. An off-road parking space is provided. The owner lives in the main residence and is usually on hand if required. One dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week.
