Mullion Cottage

Mullion Cottage is in the centre of Mullion village with shops, pubs and restaurants all within level walking distance. The sandy beaches at Polurrian and Poldhu are both just a mile away as well as the picturesque Mullion Cove. The cottage features a beautiful enclosed garden space at the rear, perfect for enjoying the sun with a bit of privacy.

Entered through a small lobby with hooks for coats, into the open plan dining and kitchen areas with a dining table and four chairs. The fully fitted kitchen has electric oven and 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and under counter fridge. Additionally there is a utility room with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, sink and toilet. The living room is comfortably furnished with sofa, armchairs, LCD Smart TV/DVD with Sky+ HD (Entertainment, Kids and Movies package as well as catch up TV) and a PS3,  books and games on the shelves, and the stove is electric fire effect. Attached to the living room is a sun room with further table and chairs and leads to the well-kept south facing garden. The mature garden also has a patio with garden furniture for eating al fresco and sun loungers for that afternoon read in the sun.

A steeper than normal, narrow-tread staircase leads to the first floor landing where there is a step up into each bedroom. The double bedroom with 4'6" bed, bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and en suite shower room. It has an electric shower, toilet and handbasin with shaver point and mirror over. The second bedroom has twin 3' beds, a bedside table with lamp, storage cupboard and an en suite bathroom with bath, toilet, heated towel rail and handbasin with mirror and shaver point over. This bathroom features an artistic jungle theme mural with a lounging semi-nude person.

Heating throughout is by night storage heaters. Electricity, bedlinen and towels are all included and one dog is welcome at £25 per week. Please note that the ceiling is lower between the utility room and kitchen as well as the doorway to the sunroom. A garage is available just 50m from the cottage (larger vehicles may have to fold wing mirrors & leave the garage door open). There are also restricted on-road parking spaces in front of the cottage as well as two free public car parks within 200 metres.
