No.4 Elm Terrace

Elm Terrace is a row of cottages built in 1880 next to the church of Saint Mellanus, a 15th century church right at the centre of Mullion village. This family friendly, end of terrace cottage, is well placed to enjoy all the village amenities as well as the wider Lizard Peninsula, with its many places of interest and outstanding natural beauty. The sandy beaches at Poldhu and Polurrian are both nearby, you can even walk via the coast path, also the harbour at Mullion Cove and it's dramatic cliff-side surroundings.

Entered from the parking space into the kitchen at the rear of the cottage, which is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster. The dining room hosts a table and six chairs with a wood burning stove that also heats the central heating via a 'back boiler', so please be aware you need to light the fire for the central heating to start, electric heaters are also provided for convenience. The front living room has a pair of two seat sofas and a reclining chair in front of a fireplace and a large TV with Freesat and DVD.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and the family shower room. Please note that the staircase is a little steeper than usual and the side rail has larger than normal gaps. Bedroom one is a double room with built-in cupboard, clothes rail, handbasin and bedside tables with lamps. Bedroom two is another double room with built-in double wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps. The third bedroom has full-size bunk beds and a chest of drawers. The fully tiled shower room has a large shower enclosure with an electric shower, a handbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Outside to the rear is one parking space, and from there it's easy access to the village centre, just a few paces away.
