Polpeor is a beautifully appointed two bedroom apartment, one of a group of barn conversions, set around a communal courtyard just off the centre of Mullion village.
Polpeor has been decorated and furnished in a contemporary and uncluttered style to a high standard. Being just a short walk to the village with its pubs, restaurants and shops you are also conveniently placed for the local beaches with footpaths leading directly to Polurrian Cove which is about a mile away.
Entered from the allocated parking area up a short flight of stone steps into the living area with exposed beams and high ceiling. There's a two-seat sofa and a large matching easy chair, coffee table, Smart TV and TV unit with drawers containing books, maps and board games. There is also a dining table and three chairs in the living area.
Bedroom one is a double room with a 4'6'' double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a double wardrobe. Bedroom two is a single room with a 3' single bed, bedside table and lamp with a small double wardrobe. Quality bedlinen and towels are provided.
The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, matching toilet and handbasin with mirror and shaver point light above and a heated towel rail.
Heating throughout is by electric panel radiators. Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity, heating and an allocated parking space for one car. Additional free parking is available in the village car park. One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement at a charge per week, pets are not to be allowed on the furniture. No smoking.
