31, Riviera Close is an executive style detached house with three bedrooms sleeping up to five people. Being central to the village the amenities, including the pubs and the mini-market, are within easy walking distance.  Polurrian beach is approximately 15 minutes walk while the chocolate factory and cafe at Trenance are just down the road!

From the parking space the front door leads into an entrance hallway with cloakroom off and then through into the large lounge. Two large sofas and a separate chair, coffee table and LCD, TV with DVD player.

The large kitchen/diner is bright, spacious and well-equipped. There is a dining table and six chairs, electric oven and hob with extractor over, dishwasher and fridge. Double doors lead to the garden with patio and furniture. The separate utility room houses the microwave, freezer and washing machine.

Upstairs is Bedroom one, a double en suite room with 4'6'' double bed, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. The en suite has shower cubicle with electric shower, toilet, handbasin, shaverpoint and heated towel rail.

The family bathroom has bath with mixer shower over, toilet, handbasin, shaver point and heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is a twin room with two x 3' single beds, wardrobe and drawer space.

Bedroom three is a single room with 3' single bed, wardrobe and drawer space.

There is use of a lawned garden.

Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, heating and towels. Please note that the parking can be tight for wide cars. Regret no pets and no smoking.
