Situated approx 50m down an unmade track from the lane that leads to Mullion Village about a quarter mile away. Mullion provides all the essentials such as a pharmacy, grocery and a choice of good eating pubs as well as gift shops. Just a mile or so further on is the beautiful National Trust fishing harbour at Mullion Cove. Poldhu Cove with its sandy beach, car parking, cafe, toilets and summer lifeguards is just a 2 minute car journey away.

Entered directly into the lounge with its beamed ceiling, comfortable sofas, LCD TV with Sky, large inglenook fireplace and woodburner. A locked door leads to the owners' accommodation.

Off the lounge is the pretty kitchen featuring electric oven with gas hob and extractor, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and large fridge with freezer compartment. In the window is a wooden dining table and chairs.

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and family bathroom. The main bedroom is a large double room with 5' king size bed and a large built-in wardrobe as well as a drawer unit and an LCD TV. The twin room has 2 x 3' single beds with bed side table and lamp, drawer unit with LCD TV and hanging space on the back of the door.

The lovely family bathroom has a 'P' shaped bath with electric shower over, matching toilet and handbasin with mirror over.

To the front is a sunny front patio with garden furniture and seating and a lawned area for relaxing in the sun. Parking is available immediately outside the property for at least one car. Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, gas, central heating and a basket of logs for the fire. Regret no pets and no smoking.
