These stunning views are available from three of the five bedrooms, the lounge, the conservatory and the patio.
Located down a private driveway shared only with one other house you will have your own private off-road parking for 3-4 vehicles, this gives you privacy and the peace of mind of no passing traffic. Perfect if you have youngsters in the party.
Old and young alike will enjoy the fantastic sea views from the large garden. Being laid mostly to grass, surrounded by shrub borders it gives the perfect play space for those lazy sunny days when you fancy a break from the beach.
Mullion itself, just half a mile away has a choice of shops and pubs including a greengrocer and a pharmacy, while Helston, about 12 miles away has a choice of superstores as well as independent shops and a weekly farmers market.
Walkers will enjoy the opportunity of discovering miles of coastal walking virtually from the front door, with hidden coves and private beaches to discover all the way from Porthleven to Lizard. The Lizard Peninsula is well known for its hidden coves and places such as Kynance, Cadgwith and Lizard Point are all just 10 minutes by car.
Within an hour you can be anywhere from Land's End to Truro, bringing the North Coast easily within reach if you fancy exploring the cobbled streets of St Ives or walking the dunes at Hayle Towans.
Trerhose is very well-equipped for family holidays with each bedroom having access to its own bath or shower room, two of which are en suite. The bedrooms are also large enough for your travel cot if required.
Entered into the Kitchen Diner, with utility room off for coats and boots, well-equipped with electric double oven and 4-ring hob with extractor over, microwave and dishwasher are all provided while in the utility there is a large fridge and a freezer with washing machine and tumble dryer. A large farmhouse dining table easily seats 10 around.
The large bright lounge has comfortable seating for eight with further seating if required. There's a wood burner (logs provided) and a large LCD TV with Sky (including Sports!). Beautiful views lead across the lawn and down the valley to the sea. Down the hallway is a second lounge with LCD TV, DVD player, music system and comfortable seating for 4/6 - perfect for those that want a bit of peace - or somewhere the kids can enjoy their own games and films.
The large conservatory seats 8/10 and double doors open up onto the large patio with garden furniture provided, perfect for outdoor dining and BBQs while enjoying the view and the setting sun.
Also on the ground floor is the master suite. A very large bedroom with huge picture window with seating to take in that view again. There's a 5' king-size bed, dressing table, wardrobe and ornamental fireplace. The en suite shower room has a shower cubicle with mixer shower, heated towel rail and matching handbasin and toilet.
The ground floor twin room has two x 3' twin beds, bedside table and lamp and a wardrobe. Next to it is a bathroom with bath, handbasin and a separate toilet.
On the first floor are three further bedrooms (one en suite) and two more bathrooms.
Bedroom two is a large double room with sea views, 4'6'' double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
Bedroom three is a large twin room with sea views and two x 3' single beds, bedside table and lamps and a wardrobe.
Bedroom four is another large twin room with en suite. two x 3' single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe. En suite shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and handbasin.
Bathroom one with white bathroom suite, bath, handbasin and toilet with heated towel rail.
Bathroom two with shower cubicle and matching handbasin with toilet and heated towel rail.
Central Heating, towels, electricity, logs, Sky TV and superfast broadband are all included in the rental. Up to two dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week per dog. Regret no smoking.
