Rock View & Sandpiper is a combination of a ground floor and first floor apartment that are usually let separately but have an interconnecting door, allowing up to 10 to share the combined space. You can view the individual property information on their respective pages: Rock View or Sandpiper. Please bear in mind that this means some of the rooms, features and facilities are somewhat divided, for example there will be two kitchens.
Located along Polurrian cliffs on the outskirts of Mullion village. With reserved parking, wraparound patio garden, complimentary access to the Polurrian Hotel swimming pool and leisure facilities (please note swimming pool and leisure facilities will not be available until the government has authorised re-opening of such facilities), cliff top walking from your front door and sea views from most windows. The village of Mullion with its two pubs, restaurant, convenience stores and pharmacy is a level half mile walk, while a more challenging route will take you down the steep cliff path onto the secluded Polurrian beach. A beautiful golden sandy beach, only accessible by foot and therefore much quieter than some other beaches.
On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, a shower room, a WC, kitchen and living/dining room. Interconnecting door gives access to the internal staircase which leads to a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Enter into the hallway of Rock View off of which are all the ground floor rooms. All along the front you can look out along the cliffs of Polurrian, across to Mullion Island and out to sea. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor over, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The living/dining room has a large corner window for admiring the view, a smart TV, wood burner and plenty of comfy seating with a large corner sofa, two seat leather sofa and two chairs as well as a dining table to seat six. Please note there is a step down to the living area.
Bedroom one has a 6' super king bed, bedside tables with lamps and a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom two is a twin room with two 3' extra long (6'6") single beds, bedside tables and lamps and built-in double wardrobe (These beds may be pushed together to provide a super king option, please advise when booking). Bedroom three has narrow twin 2'6" beds and another built-in wardrobe.
The ground floor shower room is fully tiled and has a shower cubicle with mixer shower, a toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail. There is also a separate toilet with handbasin.
The interconnecting door will be unlocked and leads to the staircase. On the first floor is a landing with all rooms off.
The beautiful sea views hit you as soon as you enter the lounge. Up here is a two seat sofa, two armchairs, LCD TV with freeview and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen/diner is off the lounge with circular dining table and four chairs, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer, microwave and electric oven with 4-ring ceramic hob.
Bedroom four is a double room with sea views, 4'6" double bed with bedside tables and lamps and a built-in double wardrobe. Bedroom five is a twin room with distant sea views around Mount's Bay to St Michael's Mount. Having two x 3' single beds, bedside tables and lamps and built-in double wardrobe. The first floor bathroom has bath with shower over, handbasin and toilet.
The nearby Polurrian Bay hotel has a restaurant and serves drinks. Complimentary access to the indoor and outdoor pool, gym and tennis court is inclusive with your stay subject to availability. Please note that the hotel is opposite to Sandpiper, whilst having great views past the hotel it does limit the view directly to the front of the property.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating and electricity. Children from age 5 and over are welcome (if younger please call), it is also advised that children sleep downstairs due to the position of the stairs between the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. One Dog is welcome at a fee of £25 per week and we politely request that dogs are not allowed upstairs.
