'Surf Cottage' is situated in an ideal position, just across the road from the beach and the coastal footpath. A short walk will take you down to the thriving working harbour of Porthleven, famous for its harbour front restaurants, gallery's and shops, you can even purchase fresh fish from the quayside. During the month of April, Porthleven enjoys a weekend of Porthleven Food Festival. The market town of Helston is two miles away and Marazion is 8 miles.

Approached via the front patio with sea views and picnic bench. The ground floor accommodation is open-plan with the lounge/dining area having a settee, two easy chairs, large LG TV, space saving table and chairs under the stairs along with room for those walking shoes and jackets.

The kitchen area includes electric cooker and hob, washer/dryer, under counter fridge with freezer box, microwave and matching 4 slice toaster and kettle. The family bathroom is situated on the ground floor with bath and electric shower over, handbasin with vanity unit below and a door leading to a separate toilet. 

The two bedrooms are on the first floor. Double bedroom has a superb panoramic sea view toward the Lizard one way and Penzance the other, bed side tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, dressing table and electric heater although the sun will help with heating during the day. The twin bedroom has 3' single beds, bed side drawers and lamp, a built-in wardrobe and a electric heater.

Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, garage parking (see note) and patio furniture. Although the property does not have wifi, network coverage is generally very good (check your network before arrival).

NOTE: Garage parking - a large double garage with a single sized up-and-over door for entry. Suitable for cars, but not some higher SUV vehicles - On-road parking may also be available nearby.
