Porthtowan View, previously named Malibu Beach, is a terraced apartment in Porthtowan on the North coast of Cornwall. Situated above the beach café, with sea views and just 300 metres from the popular sandy beach, days of fun down on the sand are easily walkable right from your door. The village also has a pub that serves food, a beach café, bar and village shop.
From Porthtowan you can walk the South West coast path over to neighbouring coves or if you want to explore further afield then the A30 is just four miles away giving you easy access to all of Cornwall's beaches and attractions. Also four miles away is the historic former mining town of Redruth with supermarkets, shops, cafes, pubs and a cinema.
Entered into a hallway leading to the open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is well-equipped and has an electric oven with 4-ring hob and extractor over, fridge and a freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The comfortably furnished lounge has a sofa and LCD TV with freeview and there is a foldaway dining table with chairs for sit down meals. Doors open out onto the balcony area with benches and views over the cafe and across the beach and out to sea. The balcony has recently been given a wooden deck which is level with the living room.
From the living room there are stairs up to the mezzanine main bedroom which has a double bed, built in storage and a small en suite shower room with toilet and handbasin. You can enjoy the sea views out of the roof windows from the bed but please note that the ceiling is sloped in places.
The second bedroom is on the ground floor with a bunk double bed with single over, bedside table and lamp and a chest of drawers.
The ground floor shower room has a shower, toilet and handbasin and a washing machine installed inside a storage cupboard.
Heating is by electric radiators and rental includes electricity, bedlinen, towels, WiFi and reserved parking for one vehicle.
One dog accepted at £25 per week. Please note there is a seasonal dog ban from 10am until 6pm daily from Mid May until September 30th.
No smoking in property.
