A wonderful large property sleeping 10 with a hot tub is set in two acres of grounds including well-kept lawns and koi pool. A large conservatory with patio off which also has a hot tub! Situated conveniently between the two coasts and with easy access to the A30 which will get you anywhere in Cornwall within an hour. The Treleigh Arms pub is a short walk and the nearest supermarket is just a few minutes drive.

On entering The Old Vicarage you get a real sense of splendour, similar to a stately home. The spacious rooms and decorative hallway with two staircases all have an element of luxury. The dining come reading room features a wooden table with six chairs whilst two leather chairs to either side of the wood burning fireplace complement the well stocked book shelves.

The living room is the perfect place to spend an evening as a family or with a group of friends; three sofas are positioned around the gas fireplace and large TV with DVD and satellite TV. The bay window looks out across the garden toward the koi pool.

The Old Vicarage has two kitchens, one traditional farmhouse kitchen and, just off, one more modern. The traditional kitchen features an AGA, a wooden table with eight chairs, Belfast sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. The more modern kitchen has an electric oven with ceramic 4-ring hob and extractor over, a double fridge, another dishwasher, microwave and a small Belfast sink. A freezer is located in the cellar and a utility room houses a washing machine, tumble drier, vacuum cleaner and an iron and ironing board.

This property's list of features continues with its large conservatory, another great space for relaxing, with two large leather sofas and two matching chairs. Double doors open out onto the extensive patio area with a hot tub and wooden table and chairs for dining alfresco.

The first floor is accessed by one of two staircases at either end of the property. On the first floor you will find five bedrooms, three bath/shower rooms, a separate toilet and a small cot room.

Bedroom one features a four-poster super king-size bed with bedside tables and lamps, large quad wardrobe, chest of drawers and a chair. The en suite bathroom has a freestanding roll top bath with hand-held shower, handbasin and a toilet.

Bedroom two has views over the garden, a 4’6" double bed, a bedside table with lamp, built in wardrobe, dressing table and a blanket box.

Bedroom three also has garden views and a 4’6" double bed. There is plenty of storage in the large wardrobe and two chests of drawers. There is also a freestanding mirror, comfy chairs and an ornamental fireplace.

Bedroom four is another 4’6" double bed with a bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, dressing table, a washbasin and an ornamental fireplace as well as garden views.

Bedroom five is a twin room with two 3’ single beds, a wardrobe and bedside tables - one with a lamp.

Also on the first floor are a bathroom, modern shower room and separate toilet. The bathroom has another freestanding roll top bath as well as a separate mixer shower cubicle and a toilet and handbasin. The modern shower room has a large walk-in mixer shower, fitted handbasin and a heated towel rail. Separate toilet with small handbasin.

Children must be supervised at all times when in the garden and around the koi pool. Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity and heating. Up to two small well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement and in line with our terms and conditions at £25 per dog per week. Regret no smoking.
