The Old Forge

The Old Forge, an historic property in the centre of Ruan Minor, just a short walk from Cadgwith fishing cove. Now converted into a two bedroom bungalow and offering comfortable accommodation for up to four adults or a family with older children.

Entered from the parking area, through a porch and into the large lounge. Having a two seater settee (both seats recline) a reclining armchair, a standard armchair, TV with freeview, radio cassette player and a real flame-effect electric stove. Also in the lounge is the drop-leaf dining table and chairs. Wifi is also available at this property.

Bedroom one is a double room with 4'6" bed, vanity unit and handbasin, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table with chair and mirror and a large wardrobe with hanging and shelving space. Bedroom two is a twin room with two, 3’ single beds, bedside tables and lamps and a double wardrobe. There are 2 shallow steps leading to both bedrooms.

The shower room is newly fitted and comprises a shower cubicle with electric shower, matching handbasin and toilet, heated towel rail and extractor fan. The kitchen is small but well-equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge with ice making compartment, microwave, toaster and a breakfast table. There is also a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and four recliner chairs out in the stone-built shed.  The central heating boiler and main controls are in this shed too.

Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity and heating. Regret no pets or children under 10 years old. Outside is the shed housing the laundry equipment and freezer and a small rear yard with garden chairs and table. Parking for one car in front of the cottage on private parking area (extra parking available nearby). No Smoking.
