This beautifully renovated cottage is in the heart of the seaside village of St Agnes on the north coast of Cornwall. St Agnes is a vibrant village and offers restaurants, pubs, butchers, bakers and surfboard makers! The nearest sandy beach at Trevaunance Cove is less than one mile from Trehannah, it has a bar and restaurant with balcony overlooking the cove, beach shop and a surf school. Just a minutes drive from Trehannah are the beaches of Perranporth, Chapel Porth and Porthtowan. St Agnes is just four miles off the A30, allowing easy access to Truro and anywhere in Cornwall within an hour.
Trehannah is surprisingly light and spacious for a cottage. Entered via a central hallway, to the left is the lounge and to the right the kitchen. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with shaker style units with integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with 4-ring ceramic hob and extractor and drop leaf dining table. Off the kitchen is a small lobby with storage for coats. The lounge has a comfy three-seater sofa and separate armchair, TV with DVD and Freeview, WiFi is also available. Through from the lounge is the conservatory with dining table and four chairs, and access to the rear garden.
The central hallway continues to the two bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom one has double bed with bedside units and reading lamps, a double wardrobe and separate chest of drawers. Bedroom two has two, 3' single beds with central bedside unit and reading lamp, a double wardrobe and separate chest of drawers. The family bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with matching suite with powerful shower over the bath, vanity unit and mirror with shaver point.
The cottage is fully centrally heated with radiators and heated towel rails and a traditional cast iron electric wood burning effect fire in the lounge to keep you cosy on chilly nights.
There is a secluded and sheltered garden with a beautiful fuchsia hedge and climbing roses, lawn and patio area. The BBQ and patio furniture are in the garden cabin and this provides a useful store for all your beach gear.
At the front there is a gravel forecourt providing parking for two cars, leading through a gated fence to the rear garden.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating and electricity. Regret no smoking and no pets.
