You can now add personal notes against a customer that will be displayed on all of their bookings with you, both within the control panel and on future booking notifications. Those notes are only visible to you. If you personally greet your guests it can be useful to remember and note down information about them so that next time they visit you can refresh yourself about them and present a more personalised greeting.
The notes are viewed and edited by viewing a booking within your control panel under the sub-heading "Personal Notes". If you have any existing notes they will be shown there, and to edit them use the edit link provided.
