We have created an information page on each contract which you can now click through from contract listings. The new page shows most variable stipulations attached to the contract and shows personalised information about the letting year, including a breakdown of rental figures.

Your contract renewal documents are now ready to be viewed ( if you have not already opted out ), which you can view from either your account homepage or the contracts section of your control panel.

Unless you opt out by 14th September 2017, your contract with us will automatically continue so please let us know before then if you do not wish to let for 2018.

2017 Guest Confirmations Underway

Now that availability and pricing of your properties has been confirmed ( or no changes requested ) we've started to mail guests to confirm prices of their 2017 reservations and ask them to confirm their intent to go through with their bookings. We've set a deadline for their responses as 30th October, any unconfirmed weeks after that will be released for general availability.

From 1st November onwards your monthly arrival reports will contain all confirmed 2017 bookings on them. If you have any weeks that you would like to reserve ( that are not already guest booked ) please enter them via your control panel or let us know.

Please get any last minute rental or other property change requests in to us before the end of September. We will be mailing provisional guests for 2017 confirming availability and pricing around 1st October, any changes submitted after that will not affect already taken bookings.

Personal customer notes just for owners

Personal customer notes just for owners

You can now add personal notes against a customer that will be displayed on all of their bookings with you, both within the control panel and on future booking notifications. Those notes are only visible to you. If you personally greet your guests it can be useful to remember and note down information about them so that next time they visit you can refresh yourself about them and present a more personalised greeting.

The notes are viewed and edited by viewing a booking within your control panel under the sub-heading "Personal Notes". If you have any existing notes they will be shown there, and to edit them use the edit link provided.

Current capabilities that you may not be aware of

We have implemented a few new systems over the past year which you may not be aware of. If you are interested in these abilities please contact us.

  • We can automatically discount weeks if they do not book by a certain date. This is a rolling setup that takes either a single week or a range of weeks, and lead-days with corresponding discounts for each.  For example, "if not booked 3 weeks before arrival discount by 10%, if not booked 2 weeks before arrival discount by 15%, if not discounted 1 week before arrival discount by 20%". This system is fully automated.

  • If you have multiple properties on the same site, we can use our "complexes" system to group them and show them as alternatives incase their chosen week is not available at the property they are looking at. Complexes have their own web pages and can be searched for availability as a whole. We are looking at ways to show multiple property search results ( eg you have 2 properties that sleep 4 next to each other, we are working on ways to potentially have those show up when sleeps 6-8 are searched for. )

  • If your property has different options available to guests, they can now select from those options whilst booking, with those selections shown on your notifications as well as within your control panel. For example if beds can be configured as a double or a twin, or if there are options regarding bedding material ( allergies ), or perhaps you would like to offer some customisation ability for your welcome basket. These preferences take a question and "choose from these answers" format so many different kinds of options can be handled.
