We have created an information page on each contract which you can now click through from contract listings.
The new page shows the following:
- Status and related dates
- Commission and OCP rates
- Owner peak allowance count and daily breakdown
- Peak and letting date range definitions
- Full rental breakdown table, showing each weekly rental rate and our projected fees for each, as well as any related booking next to each week.
- A link to download a spreadsheet of the rental breakdowns
