Situated just out of the village centre and providing comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, Atlantic View Cottage is a newly built, modern property that is perfect for your Cornish getaway.
An easy 200m level walk will take you back into Lizard Village with its local butchers and selection of pubs and cafes – all serving delicious meals and local ales. If you like walking then Lizard Point is another half a mile down the lane and provides access to miles and miles of stunning coastal walking. Alternatively, the stony Church Cove with its quaint cottages is just 400m from Atlantic View, as is Housel Bay with hotel that is open to non-residents.
The stunning low tide sandy beach at Kynance Cove is a short one mile drive, or spectacular one hour coastal walk. While the family-friendly, life-guarded beaches at Kennack Sands are approx. 15 minutes by car, as is the very popular Poldhu Cove. Traditional fishing cove Cadgwith is just 10 minutes away by car.
Further afield, Helston (25mins), St Ives (45 mins), Penzance (40 mins) and The Eden Project (70 mins) are easily accessible if you can drag yourself away from the beauty of The Lizard peninsula.
Atlantic View Cottage provides accommodation for up to six people with a king-size bedroom with en suite, one double room and one twin room. All bedrooms are on the ground floor as is the family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
Upstairs is the lounge/diner with French doors and Juliet balcony to take advantage of the views. The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer and dishwasher, with a separate utility room having washing machine and toilet off. There is also a separate TV snug providing an alternative seating area. Perfect for the kids, or to find some peace and quiet!
Outside driveway has off-road parking for two cars. The rear garden is enclosed, with small patio (garden furniture provided) and the rest laid to lawn.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity, central heating and super fast wi-fi. This property will accept up to two dogs by prior arrangement at £30 per week. NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties.
