Brick Lodge

Brick Lodge is a comfortable two-bedroom property at the eastern end of Lizard village, within easy walking distance of both the village centre and the coast. Attached to the larger Brick Cottage, the lodge has its own entrance and private enclosed courtyard, providing a separate space for guests. The shops, cafés and pubs in the village centre are around a five-minute level walk away, with Church Cove just a little further and Lizard Point approximately 20 minutes away on foot.

Entered from the driveway into the private courtyard, the front door opens into the kitchen, which is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

The cosy living room has a beamed ceiling and brick fireplace with a flame-effect electric heater. Comfortable seating includes two two-seat sofas and an easy chair, with a TV and a selection of books for quieter evenings in. Off the living room is a separate dining room, also with a beamed ceiling, where a table and four chairs look out towards the garden.

Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom, with a bath and electric shower over, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Stairs lead to a small first-floor landing and the two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, double wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables with lamps. Bedroom two is also a double room, with double wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps.

Outside, Brick Lodge has its own enclosed, dog-proof courtyard garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ area, providing a private spot for sitting or dining outside.

There is off-road parking for two cars. Rental includes electricity, central heating, WiFi, bed linen and towels. Two dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per dog per week.

Brick Lodge is attached to Brick Cottage, which is also let as a separate holiday property. The neighbouring Lobster Pot shares the general driveway and approach with Brick Lodge, but each property has its own accommodation and outdoor space.
