The large kitchen has breakfast table and four chairs and is well equipped with a large range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. A tumble dryer is in the cupboard in the hall.
The spacious lounge/diner has comfy seating for six people around the granite fireplace and a large TV. A dining table and six chairs sit below a high ceiling and double doors lead to the enclosed rear garden and patio with outdoor table and chairs.
Also on the groundlfoor is the twin bedroom with two 3' single beds, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, hanging rail and a garden view.
Upstairs are the two en suite double bedrooms. Master bedroom features king size bed and double doors to a ‘Juliet’ balcony to make the most of the stunning sea views. The other bedroom has a double bed and both bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The en suites each have a bath with shower over, loo, handbasin and heated towel rail.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating, electricity and WiFi. One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £30 per week.
