Dynnargh (Pronounced ‘dinarg’ and meaning ‘welcome’ in Cornish) is a lovely two bedroomed (both en suite) semi-detached cottage in a tucked away location with sea views in Lizard village.
A modern building very comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard. The stunning scenery of the coastal path is just a five minute walk from the front door while the pubs and shops of Lizard village are just round the corner
Entered from the gravelled drive and parking area into the fully tiled groundfloor. The porch has a cloakroom off with toilet and handbasin and leads through to the lounge. Having two large comfy sofas, coffee table, and fireplace with electric flame effect fire. There is a widescreen LCD TV with freeview and DVD. Wifi. Continuing through to the fully equipped kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with ceramic hob over and extractor fan. The dining area has a table and chairs for six and leads through to the conservatory with two comfy armchairs and double doors that lead to the landscaped back garden.
Stairs lead off the lounge to the first floor with two en suite bedrooms.
Bedroom one is a large double room with sea views, a 4'6" double bed, TV with Freeview, bedside tables and lamps, blanket chest, separate four drawer chest with mirror over and a large (quad) built-in wardrobe with shelving. The en suite bathroom features a bath with power shower over and matching toilet, handbasin and bidet. Bedroom two is a large twin room with two, 3' single beds, bedside tables and lamp with a separate three drawer chest (hanging space is shared with the double bedroom). En suite shower room with electric shower in cubicle, toilet and matching handbasin.
Rental includes bedlinen, electricity and central heating. Outside to the front is a gravelled driveway and gated parking area for up to two cars. To the rear there is a landscaped garden with seating area. Two pets are welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per pet per week. Regret no smoking.
