Little Tamar

Little Tamar is a modern apartment equipped for self-catering holidays, at the heart of Lizard village and right on the South West Coast Path, you can walk directly to Kynance Cove which is a little over a mile away. The village amenities are also just a short walk away, approx 250metres, where you'll find a pub, cafes, a coffee bar & bistro and shops including a convenience store.

From your reserved driveway parking space, enter into the boot room come utility space, here you can hang your coats and store your walking boots plus there's a washing machine and handy work surface.

A straight flight of stairs leads up into the open-plan living room with kitchen and the wonderful view down to the sea is easily viewable from the large glass Juliet balcony at the front of the apartment. The living area has a leather sofa, wall mounted TV and dining table with two chairs. Compact yet well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, 4-ring hob with extractor over, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The bedroom is cosy but not short of room, there's a king-size bed with bedside tables, a large built-in cupboard that provides storage and hanging space. En suite shower room provides a large shower enclosure with rainfall shower, toilet, heated towel rail and handbasin with storage cupboard. The window to the rear of the bedroom looks out onto fields where you can sometimes see Ruby Red cows grazing.

Outdoors, there is a patio area surrounded by lawn with table and chairs to sit out and soak up the view of the fields that roll down to the sea. Rental includes utilities, heating, bedlinen, towels and one reserved parking space. The owners live in the main residence next door though Little Tamar benefits from it's own private access and a separate garden space which is not overlooked by the main residence.
