Penvoze is a spacious detached house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, parking for three cars and sits among a well-kept garden. Two lawns border the driveway, surrounded by shrubs making this a lovely spot for sunbathing and playing outside. Lizard village and the coastal path are within easy walking distance and the views of Kynance Cove from the living room are wonderful.
Lizard village is a level 10 minute walk and has a choice of eateries and pubs including a well-renowned fish and chip shop. There's always something going on in this thriving community from live music to classic car shows and the beer festival - you are most welcome to join in.
Entered from your private driveway into the ground floor hallway. The first room is the dining room which has a sliding door out to the garden and sea glimpses from the large window. The dining table has seats for six and by removing the top it becomes a pool table with accessories provided, a great distraction if the weather is unfavourable for exploring. This room also has a functional log burner should you fancy a read by the fireplace.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a range of appliances, there's an electric oven and 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with four seats. Attached to the kitchen is the utility room where you'll find the washing machine, tumble dryer, a second sink, iron and board and a microwave.
There is a bedroom on the ground floor which has a super king-size 'zip & link' bed which can be made as two singles by prior request, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, dressing table and an ornamental fireplace.
Also on the ground floor is a shower room with a toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.
Stairs to the first floor, as you reach the landing you are greeted by views of the sea. The living room is upstairs to take advantage of the dual aspect sea view with Kynance Cove to the West and sea glimpses to the South. There are two three- seat sofas and a TV.
The master bedroom has limited sea views and is furnished with a super king-size 'zip & link' bed which can be made as two singles by prior request, triple wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables with lamps.
In the first floor bathroom is a bath with shower over, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.
There's also a single bedroom with en suite WC. It has a wardrobe, bedside table and lamp and the en suite has a toilet and handbasin.
Outside, are two sun-catching lawn areas and driveway parking for three or four cars. On one of the lawns is a picnic table and you've got plenty of space for sunbathing. There's also table tennis set up in the garage so you can open the doors up and let the sun shine in while you settle that score.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, WiFi, central heating and electricity. All of our properties are non-smoking. Regret no pets.
