The Lookout House enjoys an exceptional position on the Lizard Peninsula, with wonderful views towards Kynance Cove and the Atlantic beyond. Just a short level walk from the centre of Lizard village, it provides a comfortable and well-equipped base for exploring one of Cornwall’s most dramatic stretches of coastline, with beaches and cliff walks all within easy reach.

The village itself has a good range of amenities including two pubs, cafés, a butcher, small shops and the ever-popular Ann’s Pasties. The South West Coast Path is also close by, offering spectacular walking in either direction, with beautiful coves such as Kynance, Housel Bay and Polpeor all nearby.
The property is a modern detached house arranged across two floors and designed to make the most of the views and outdoor space. The cosy living room opens onto a large decked area where you can soak up the sun and take in the far-reaching views and fresh sea air. Inside, the sitting area offers comfortable seating around a woodburner, perfect for cooler evenings, while large patio doors allow plenty of light and fresh air during the warmer months.
The kitchen and dining area are well equipped for self-catering and include an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. French doors open to the decking and garden, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One is a twin room with an en suite shower room, and the second is a double room. Both have views across the quiet single-track road towards Lizard Point and Lloyd’s Signal Station. A further family shower room is also located on the ground floor.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where you’ll find the spacious main bedroom with a super king-size bed. This room enjoys dual-aspect views across the peninsula and includes a small seating area with a large window looking directly towards the Kynance cliffs, the perfect spot to relax with a book and take in the landscape. There is also an en suite toilet with basin.
Outside, the property benefits from a large decked terrace and garden area, ideal for enjoying the sunshine or dining outdoors. There is also access to a games room with table football, providing a fun extra space for families.
Rental includes bed linen and towels, WiFi, and driveway parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome at £35 per week, and a large dog crate is available if required.
