Number 5 Coastguard Cottages is a two storey cottage with sea and coastal views from the lounge and both bedrooms, outside is a lawn garden and sun-catching patio.

Entered via small hallway where the washing machine is located in a cupboard along with the iron, etc. The bathroom is to the left, featuring bath with shower over, handbasin toilet and two heated towel rails.

To your right is the spacious kitchen/dining room, with newly installed kitchen units, tiled floor, fridge/freezer, oven/hob and microwave. There is a large table and chairs, radio/CD player with some games and books in the cupboard.

The sitting room is small but comfortable with a sofa and two armchairs, woodburning stove, a nest of tables and a TV with YouView and BT Sport and a Blu Ray DVD player.

A sliding door leads to the lawned garden with sea view and garden furniture on the patio area.

Stairs from the lounge lead to the first floor bedrooms.  The front bedroom has views down to Mullion Cove, 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, pine chest of drawers, deep shelf and hanging space. The rear bedroom has views across Mount's Bay towards St Michael's Mount and Penzance, with twin 3' beds, bedside table and lamp, pine chest of drawers and deep shelf with hanging space.

The property has Wifi Internet access, and off-road parking for two cars.  electricity, heating by Heatsource electric radiators, bedlinen and towels are included in the rental. We regret no dogs are allowed at this property and request no smoking within the house.
