Situated on the cliff above Mullion Cove, No. 7 Coastguard Cottages is at the far end with a large corner garden. With sea views from the bedroom windows, the cottage has recently been refurbished to a very good standard and has modern 24 hour programmable heating throughout, making it cosy for year round visits. It is in an ideal position for coastal walking and beaches.

Enter the property into the hall where the washer/dryer is housed in cupboard. The family bathroom is to the left and has a shower with waterfall and hose option, handbasin, toilet and heated towel rail. The heart of the cottage is a spacious kitchen/dining room, with room for cooking, socialising and playing games which are kept in the dresser. Fitted kitchen units with lighting under, laminate flooring, electric double oven and hob, free standing Swan fridge/freezer, Swan dishwasher and a microwave. For dining there is a large table with chairs and a cosy window seat.

The dining space then leads into the small but very well-furnished lounge with a Smart TV, electric log effect fire and nest of coffee tables. Patio doors open out to the large lawned garden with patio table and chairs, bench and a garden shed for storage.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, bedroom one is a double room with sea views towards Mullion Island, 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and wall lamps, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and a storage heater. The twin room with rural and sea glimpses towards Poldhu Cove has two 3' beds with wall lights above, bedside table, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and a storage heater.

There are books in most rooms which the owner is happy for you to swap and take until your next visit. Rental includes electricity, modern night storage heating, bedlinen towels and WiFi. Off-road parking for two cars.
