Cormorant – Coastal Holiday Bungalow in Mullion Cove, Cornwall

Welcome to Cormorant, a delightful self-catering holiday bungalow set back from the cliffs above the picturesque Mullion Cove. Just a few minutes' walk from the harbour and the South West Coast Path, making it a perfect retreat for nature lovers and adventure seekers.

Ideal Location for Exploring Mullion
Located just one mile from Mullion village, Cormorant offers convenient access to local shops, pubs, and a fish & chip restaurant. The nearby Mullion Cove Hotel offers a bar, restaurant, and spa open to non-residents year-round. Guests love the location, with recent reviews rating it 5 out of 5 and highlighting the proximity to coastal paths and the peaceful setting.

Explore Nearby Beaches and Attractions
Mullion's two sandy beaches are also nearby. Poldhu is great for surfing, has seasonal lifeguards, a popular café and a large pay & display car park if needed. Polurrian is a little more secluded but also has a fabulous beach which backs up against the cliff face. Both can be accessed via the coast path directly from Cormorant. For guests who enjoy longer walks, Kynance Cove is approximately 3 hours to the south and Lizard Point about 4 hours, or to the north Porthleven is around 2.5 hours walk. There are truly stunning views and top destinations in all directions when walking the coast path!

Outside The Bungalow
Arriving at the private parking area you can immediately see just how close you are to the sea and surrounding coastline. Cormorant is part of a small complex of 12 privately owned bungalows, featuring a private parking area and a landscaped central courtyard. The bungalow includes a decked outdoor area with a wooden picnic bench, perfect for al fresco dining. A further shared lawn space with outdoor benches are also available adjacent to the parking area.

Inside The Bungalow
Entered from the decking into the lounge/diner with kitchen. The living area has a sofa, chair and TV in front of the large window. A dining table with four chairs for dining in, or there's a wooden picnic bench on the decking for fair weather dining. A parasol and additional outdoor chairs are stored under the sofa.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with 4-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. The second bedroom is a twin room with under-bed drawers and a storage console with hanging rail. Enjoy sea views of Mounts Bay and St Michael's Mount from the window. Family shower room with electric shower, toilet and handbasin.

Amenities and Pet-Friendly Accommodation
Rental includes bedlinen, hand towels (please bring own bath towels), utilities and WiFi. One designated parking space is provided, approximately 25 metres from door. An on-site laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer is available. One dog is welcome at £35 per week. Please note that while the decking is enclosed, the courtyard is not, so dogs must be under control when entering or exiting the property.
