Cormorant is situated in a complex of 12 privately owned bungalows atop the cliffs at Mullion Cove, with the picturesque harbour below. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep with miles of walking in either direction and Mullion village is just one mile away, with it's shops, pub and fish & chip restaurant. The Mullion Cove Hotel is also just around the corner with a bar, restaurant and spa open to non-residents year round.
Arriving at the private parking area you can immediately see just how close you are to the sea and surrounding coastline. From the reserved parking space you enter into a landscaped central courtyard where Cormorant features a decked outdoor area to the front. A further shared lawn space with outdoor benches is also available adjacent to the parking area.
Entered from the decking into the lounge/diner with kitchen. The living area has a sofa, chair and TV in front of the large window. A dining table with four chairs for dining in, or there's a wooden picnic bench on the decking for fair weather dining. A parasol and additional outdoor chairs are stored under the sofa.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven with 4-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Bedroom one has a king size bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables (TV shown in pictures has been removed). Bedroom two is a twin room with under bed drawers and a storage console with hanging rail above, from the window you can look out to the sea at Mounts Bay and see St Michael's Mount. Family shower room with electric shower, toilet and handbasin.
Rental includes bedlinen, hand towels (please bring own bath towels), utilities and WiFi. One designated parking space is provided, approx 25 metres from door. On-site laundry room with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. One dog is welcome at £35 per week, though please note the decking is enclosed but the courtyard is not, dogs must therefore be under control at all times when entering or exiting the property.
