'Gulls' is situated in an outstanding position overlooking Mullion cliff and down the valley towards Mullion Cove and the sea. Only a few minutes away from the South West coastal footpath and about 1200 metres from Mullion village centre.
The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the first floor. (Please note that the stairs access directly into this bedroom without a door).
The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with a three-piece suite, dining table and chairs, smart TV, DVD player, portable CD player and living flame gas fire. Patio doors to a furnished conservatory with views down the valley towards Mullion Island.
Fully fitted kitchen off the lounge includes microwave, fridge/freezer, electric cooker with halogen hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
The ground floor bedrooms are a double and a single (3' bed). Both bedrooms having built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The ground floor shower room, has large walk in shower cubicle with electric shower, toilet and vanity unit with mirror and shaver point above.

Off-road parking by property for two cars. There is a flight of steps down from the parking area to the garden and bungalow. Electricity, central heating, bed linen and towels are included in the rental. No smoking at this property.
