The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the first floor. (Please note that the stairs access directly into this bedroom without a door).

The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD player, portable CD player, WIFI and living flame gas fire. Patio doors to a furnished conservatory with views down the valley towards Mullion Island.

Fully fitted kitchen off the lounge includes microwave, fridge/freezer, electric cooker with halogen hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The ground floor bedrooms are a double and a single (3' bed). Both bedrooms having built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The ground floor shower room, has large walk in shower cubicle with electric shower, toilet and vanity unit with mirror and shaver point above.

Stairs off hall open into the first floor master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror, bedside tables and lamps. En suite bathroom with bath, toilet and vanity unit with mirror and shaver point above.

Off-road parking by garage for two cars. There is a flight of steps down from the parking area to the garden and bungalow. The garden has a gradual decline, so please watch young children, the garden has views down over Mullion Cove. WIFI, Electricity, central heating, bed linen and towels are included in the rental. No smoking or pets at this property.
