Mill Wheel Cabin is a modern timber lodge just a few hundred metres from the picturesque harbour at Mullion Cove. Tucked away and surrounded by trees, it offers a peaceful setting with a lawn and decked terrace to the front, perfect for catching the sun throughout the day. This is a wonderfully relaxing spot to return to after exploring the sights and breathing in the sea air of this beautiful part of Cornwall.

The South West Coast Path is just moments away, offering access to miles of dramatic cliff top walks and breathtaking views. Mullion village centre is just over a mile away, where you’ll find convenience stores, pubs, and other amenities. For dining out, the nearby Mullion Cove Hotel has a restaurant and bar open to non-residents.

From the private driveway, it’s a short step across the lawn to the front porch. Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area, with the kitchen set to one side. It’s bright, cosy, and looks out across the garden. Electric underfloor heating throughout ensures a warm welcome whatever the season.

The living area includes two comfortable sofas arranged around an electric flame-effect heater and a TV, with a selection of books and board games for traditional family fun. The dining area features a table with three chairs and a bench seat, ideal for relaxed mealtimes or planning the day’s adventures. Outside on the decking, a table and chairs make al fresco dining easy on warmer days.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’ll need for self-catering, including an oven, 4-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

The main bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe with drawers, and bedside tables with lamps. The second bedroom has twin single beds, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside lighting. The family shower room includes a corner shower enclosure with electric shower, toilet, handbasin, and heated towel rail.

Rental includes WiFi, bed linen, towels, and all utilities. One dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week.

Please note: There is a stream near the property. Children and pets must be supervised at all times when outside.

Nearby is Mill Wheel House, a modern three-bedroom property. Both Mill Wheel Cabin and Mill Wheel House can be booked together to accommodate up to 10 guests in total, availability permitting. While located on the same overall plot, the two properties are separated by gardens and hedging, ensuring privacy.

This setup makes the two properties an excellent choice for multi-generational families, two families holidaying together, or small group bookings, offering the perfect balance of shared time and personal space in a peaceful, coastal setting.
