'Amber Cottage' is a detached bungalow in a quiet residential cul-de-sac close to Polurrian Cove, Mullion village and Mullion Cove. There's driveway parking and an enclosed spacious garden at the rear, all just a couple of minutes walk from the coastal footpath and sandy beach. Mullion village centre with its shops, pubs and restaurant are only half a mile away, while the Polurrian Bay Hotel and leisure club is just down the road.
From the driveway parking space a gate opens into the enclosed rear garden, which is mostly lawn, with a raised patio and level access from the driveway up to the back door. Enter into the utility room where there's a washing machine, tumble drier and a fridge/freezer. Continue through to the kitchen, which has an electric oven and hob with extractor over, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The dining area has a table and chairs in front of the sliding doors that open onto the patio, which has a large picnic table. An archway leads round to the living room where there's a three seat and two seat leather sofas, a wall-mounted smart TV and a coffee table. Double doors to the hallway and a built-in cupboard for storage.
The family bathroom has a bath with thermostatic shower over, toilet, handbasin and a heated towel rail. Bedroom one has a super king bed, bedside tables with lamps and a quad wardrobe. The en suite shower room has an electric shower, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom two has twin beds, a bedside table and lamp and a double wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bed, bedside table with lamp and a chest of drawers. Night storage heating in the living room and hallway and electric panel heaters in each of the bedrooms.
Double garage (un-lockable) and private parking for two cars. Rental includes bedlinen, WIFI, electricity and travel cot. This property accepts one dog by prior arrangement at £25 per week. An EV charger is also available at £35 per week. Please note, this property does not provide towels or a barbecue.
