Avalon is a modern and spacious detached dormer bungalow just above Polurrian Cove, situated with driveway parking to the front and enclosed spacious garden at the rear, all just a couple of minutes walk from the coastal footpath and sandy beach. Mullion village centre with its shops, pubs and restaurant are only half a mile away, while the Polurrian Bay Hotel and leisure club is just around the corner and is open to non-residents.
Entered form the gated gravel driveway, with space for two cars, into the hallway which has wood effect floor and leads to the large living room, kitchen, bathroom and two ground floor bedrooms.
The living room has three sofas centred around the ornamental granite fireplace where there's a smart TV with Freeview. The dining table seats up to six and can be extended for those larger family meals. The whole room benefits from natural light thanks to the large dual aspect windows and French doors, which open out to the back garden, blinds are provided for a more private and cosy feel when required.
Attached to the living room is the kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is a double room with king size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a built-in wardrobe. The other is a twin room with two 3' single beds, bedside tables and lamps and another built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, garden views.
Also on the ground floor is a family bathroom, there's a corner bath with shower over, handbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Stairs to first floor which enters into the master en suite bedroom, with sea views from the dormer window. There's a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, and walk-in wardrobe. The en suite shower room also has a handbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.
One dog is welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week. Rental includes bedlinen, central heating, electricity and WiFi. Please note the fireplace is ornamental only and is not a functioning fire.
